Bro. People like you are what restore my faith in humanity. THANK YOU!!!!! I spent so long listening to other goobers on here that dont explain the technicalities, methods, and reasoning behind the technicalities and your methods... thats the only way I learn. I really think people learn better when you give them a REASON why they should follow said advice, and what happens when you don't. You're my kind of dude! Im subscribing, i wish you the absolute best man, and again, thank you!
Easily the best explanation, a lot of those other TH-camrs just say “you’ll find your own preference” cause they don’t wanna us jocking their methods or whatever
Hello! beginner here. I think i do alright doing straight lines. But im having trouble with curves. Im going slow but it has lumps and making holes on canvas. Help!
Great video, super helpful! For some reason I can’t get mine to work properly with 2 strands. It works fine with 1 but is all messed up when I add the second strand. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
@@dwrugs Hi, what kind of fabric you used as base? Looks so much thicker & firmer that what Ive seen. What tufting machine youd recommend? My designs, Id like to be able to do paragraph of small texts. Maybe machine that could be fed thinner yarns? Never done this, sorry if the Qs are dumb :) Thanks!
I have watched a load of tufting videos and it has only just occurred to me that the machine doesn't have a walking foot like you'd get on a sewing machine that would give equal spacing.
do you create your frames or do you get them already done? i am in doubt if its best to have two frames a big and a small, or just get a big one and tuft multiple carpets on the cloth
Hello there ! I recently acquired all the materials I need for tufting. I'm giving it a try for the first time, but I'm having trouble with the yarn. It keeps getting cut and doesn't stay on the main tufting fabric.
Is the gun heavy? Will my hand hurt?? What does the gun weigh? Can I get a light one?? Good job, very creative and your rugs look really dope. Do people hang these on the wall or use them in bedrooms? I don’t know anyone who has one….
Thank you! The gun does get quite heavy after using it for a while, but it's not too bad overall... I hang a lot of my rugs on the wall and a lot of my customers have as well. I just use small nails to nail it to the wall
Hey bro I just bought some tufting equipment, so my wife and I could learn the craft. I was wondering, what type of yarn are you using here? From my understanding, there’s acrylic, cotton, and wool.

Hello bro! What is the yarn length? 15mm right?
Complete beginner here, do you think the gun would work on canvas? I d like to add it to my paintings but I ve never used this before
What size is your frame? Awesome video! Very very helpful
Thanks! My frame allows for rugs up to 3 feet x 3 feet
My friend, what is the name of the device you use? I mean, where did make it?
Which device?
Quel dommage que je comprenne pas ce que vous dites. Je veux me lancer mais j essaye de me documenter avant car c est un budget important.

I got someone to make me three. Two small ones and one big one. It cost way less than purchasing ONE on Amazon.

You may have to elaborate a bit further
any tips on the sheep sheers. i bought a new pair and the dont cut near as good as the small shaver? . by the way love your work 👍🏻
I actually had the same issue once I switched blades which is why I now use the smaller one instead
thanks for the reply . haha i pretty much wasted 100$ lol
Hii!
For some reason the gun drops the yarn.
Why can?
Hey great video bro! Question, is there a reason you fill out the letters first before outlining?
Thanks! The reason I do that is because I typically do a rug from the inside out if I can. That way, I can shave and sculpt the edges along the way

I use acrylic for most of mine, it’s easy to find at craft stores like Michael’s or JoAnn
@@dwrugs Ordered a lot of acrylic from Amazon just so I can learn. Thank you bro 🙏🏾
You're a G! T
Why am I getting so many holes 😢
It might be the pressure you are applying to the fabric. You have to be firm but not too hard
