450 degrees ?????????? I just cook NOTHING at that temp simply because I would need three smokers to do a dinner ... Let say you wanna cook chicken at the same time ??? This can't be smoked at all.
Hi Appy, this video was all about roasted vegetables, I wanted the higher heat to get them seared and keep them crunchy. If I wanted to do chicken I would start the chicken first at a lower heat, add the veggies when the chicken is 15 minutes away from being done. then remove the chicken and turn up the Traeger to finish the veggie soft at 450˚ F.
