thanks for showing how easy the rail clamps attach! ( really hard to take out the rail on other systems that only slide on the rail) Can't wait until they are available! I want the one that allows a packet to clip on the side. WOn' t get the hooks because I already jus use big "S" shaped hooks for that and large carabiners.
I love your videos Mark! Always interesting with content I enjoy! I know I'm in the minority and I like to keep my tools inside my Packout, not outside for easy accessibility. And yes, I also prefer the 2.5ah HO for the M12 tools.
Ah, nice to hear Ron! Thanks! I can understand what you're saying. Sometimes I bring the Packout Crate along just to have a place to set my tools down, without misplacing them while working.
As someone that often has to negotiate narrow passages and stairways I need something that attaches to the front or the rear. Unfortunately these wouldn't work for me.
If Milwaukee ever made something like that, it probably wouldn't work well in the front because of the latches and/or drawers being in the way. I could see them working well in back.
I bought the tool box rack attachment, the tool box tray attachment and pre ordered the tool box caddy attachment. Don’t think I will be ordering any of the others.
It's nice but each part is about $5-10 over what it's worth. I mean I get it.. Sunk cost fallacy doesn't allow them to upgrade the packout to a V2 & build in features every single other brand has, so now it's just mass produce plastic accessories & charge extra for what you never designed in the first place.
Which Packout Attachment is your favorite? Which one is your least favorite?
Thanks Mark. I like the tray or the caddy, forever putting tools, on top of the packout then they end up on the ground when i need to open.
You're welcome! Same here, it's nice having a place to set the tools.
I’ve been 3D printing this stuff for years. Way to go Milwaukee. Way to be 3-4 yrs behind.
All very useful thanks for the great ideas on how to get things we use on the outside instead of digging through the box for
You're welcome! I'm always trying to find ways to help with tool storage.

I was happy to see how fast the clamps attach to the rails. I'm sure you'll be very happy with the caddy attachment.
Added to my wish list. Merry Christmas!!!
Awesome, Merry Christmas!

Question: What is the model # of the bit set shown?
Here's the link from Home Depot.... homedepot.sjv.io/e4yVmz
@@MarkThomasBuilder Thanks much!!!

Good choices. Sounds like you'll be well organized!
I am 100% sure they had this in mind from the very beginning. Don't know why it took them this long.
That's a possibility. Maybe they didn't want to overwhelm people with too many options.
They didn’t . Aftermarket companies started making the packout accessories on Amazon and Etsy and Milwaukee wanted to make their own
For the jobsite, these external packout mods will get damaged too easily and everything attached to them will be stolen.
Sounds like these would work best for the solo tradesperson and no so much where all types of groups are working.
