Fun fact: the lore behind week one from the illustrator for game says week one is based off fighting the dad but it started with them about to do the “deed” but then the gf was grabbed by her collar, the boyfriend then looks up 20 million miles into space to see the dad and then the dad snaps his fingers to then make both of them appear on the stage

GF's unused voice lines are actually used in a mod called Salty's Sunday Night, and the speech bubbles are also used in mods. The modding community really does know how to be efficient.
The “mock up” wasn’t really a mock up. If you press 7 you can access it by changing the name to monster and reloading the json. It’s already in the game and ready to go.

The lore for week 2 actually can confirm that "Monster" was meant to be apart of week 2 because Skid and Pump were tricked by monster to take girlfriend according to Phantom Arcade. (The artist for FNF) So yeah, he pretty much plays a big role in the events and stuff.

Fun fact: when showing the unused “backspace to exit” he got the secret guitaroo man Easter egg, which is insanely rare. Good job tetra. Also technically you can access ridge with no mods as of now but it has no music to it and the only song that is long enough to play it from what I have tried is the last song for week 5. Open debug mode and change the song name to ridge, then press reload audio and reload json. Then change the song to “Winter-Horrorland” then press enter. It plays the winter-horrorland song but the notes are different.

you missed a big one, those dialogue boxes you found was actually used, but cut out. Tailys recently found it. GF and Dad say dialogue from 17:15 and use the unused bleep bloop noises.
My theory for the black monster coming out of a bleeding pumpkin, is that in early stages of development, lemon demon was meant to emerge from Pump’s head, and could not be included in the game because it could’ve been too graphic of an idea.

I think the "dodges" sprites have to do with the pieces of the Dance Fellas of the 4th week, because if you see, the Boyfriend sprite has the shirt moving as if there was wind there, and the Girfriend that has hair swinging, it's just an assumption.

Theory : The Tankman and GF Ducking sprite is related. At some point, we're supposed to battle Tankman in a battlefield-themed area and GF dodges some sort of projectile that comes toward her. That's why her hair is blown in a direction.

i was going to comment that you can actually now access the monster song, but i know it would be everywhere in the comment section, so a little fun fact, 7:56 someone actually made a mod called pumkin pie, thats the name of the character at least, and its a version of skid and pump similar to senpia turning into the spirit.

Theory: The mother's name in Week 4 is actually "MOMMY MUST MURDER", Since there might have been a cutscene where she kills all those dancers out of frustration, and she throws all body parts out the middle of the street.
It’s actually linked to the gf duck sprite. In week 4, a street lamp comes and the dancing people fall over and die, and that’s why the girlfriend ducks.

@@poea1096 well they have to find the right time to add it. I remember Week 6 was being worked on as well as the rebinding keys but it wasn’t finished in time for the release.
Apparently you can rebind the keys in the files

Well, the song “monster” is actually usable by going into week 2, going into the debug mode, changing the song name to “monster” and then pressing enter, and that leads to you getting into the song.
Its any song. Not just week 2
before pressing enter, you have to change the opponent to monster and click "save Json" and then click enter

Tetra, just to clarify: The Test_Inst isn't a test for instruments, the prefix "Inst" is used for any backing track for all the songs. This was supposed to be just a test for charting i think.
If Inst is the second part of that file name, wouldn’t it be a suffix? Or is it a prefix for the songs but not test_inst?

yeh, its to separate the instrumental from the vocals, so that when the player messes up, bf goes silent and the instrumental still plays.
EDIT: not test_inst itself, just the instrumentals in general.
Theory: 2:28 The Unsued Skid & Pump Sprite/Pose here might be used for other playable characters so if you were playing as skid & pump in beepbo this sprite might pop up after completeing a part of the chart.
Edit: I saw from the reply's and wiki that this was used for YEA in Spookeez so yea please stop replying to me i know now.

Hyper active 2023: there is now a mod called FNF vs nekofreak and you can battle that protagonist
for the unused demon guy graphics at 13:42, I like the idea that partway through one of the Mom's songs, a sign/lamppost/whatever comes out of nowhere and abruptly clotheslines them, killing them instantly. It feels in-character for the game to have something gruesome like that to happen as a background gag. If that is the case, it may have been removed as to not distract the player during the song.

based off the dead red dudes and the girlfriend ducking down w/ wind, there would've been a tunnel that the car goes under in week 4 that would slaughter the red dudes and would cause the girlfriend to duck to avoid the same fate

I was actually messing around with some of the buttons in Friday Night Funkin I pressed 9 in a song and it switched the boyfriend’s bar icon to the old icon, it seems to work on all weeks/songs which I find fun spamming the button.

You can fight monster with no hat. Press 7 on any song. Go into "Songs" and change the song to "Monster" then switch the enemy to "monster" then you fight the unused monster

You can actually access the Old Lemon Demon by yourself:
First you have to start any kind of level
Second You have to press 7 on your keyboard
Third you have to go to the song tab
Fourth your gonna change the song to “monster”
Fifth your gonna reset the audio and reset the JSON
Finally you press enter and BOOM
You can fight against the Old Lemon Demon!
