The lore for week 2 actually can confirm that "Monster" was meant to be apart of week 2 because Skid and Pump were tricked by monster to take girlfriend according to Phantom Arcade. (The artist for FNF) So yeah, he pretty much plays a big role in the events and stuff.
Fun fact: when showing the unused “backspace to exit” he got the secret guitaroo man Easter egg, which is insanely rare. Good job tetra. Also technically you can access ridge with no mods as of now but it has no music to it and the only song that is long enough to play it from what I have tried is the last song for week 5. Open debug mode and change the song name to ridge, then press reload audio and reload json. Then change the song to “Winter-Horrorland” then press enter. It plays the winter-horrorland song but the notes are different.
Actually, you get the shit rating in all the songs when you barely press the button on time for a note. (I changed the comment because there are like 6 comments saying you can get it on every song I get it.)
GF's unused voice lines are actually used in a mod called Salty's Sunday Night, and the speech bubbles are also used in mods. The modding community really does know how to be efficient.

There is something that is misinformed about the monster song it is still playable with its own layout in the debug menu by changing and song name to Monster and resting the song in the same screen
My theory for the black monster coming out of a bleeding pumpkin, is that in early stages of development, lemon demon was meant to emerge from Pump’s head, and could not be included in the game because it could’ve been too graphic of an idea.

The crying GF sprites are used when the bar is full and you miss a note. But the sprites have the right speakers instead of the early things she's on.

You can actually access the Old Lemon Demon by yourself:
First you have to start any kind of level
Second You have to press 7 on your keyboard
Third you have to go to the song tab
Fourth your gonna change the song to “monster”
Fifth your gonna reset the audio and reset the JSON
Finally you press enter and BOOM
You can fight against the Old Lemon Demon!

There is something that is misinformed about the monster song it is still playable with its own layout in the debug menu by changing and song name to Monster and resting the song in the same screen

My theory for the black monster coming out of a bleeding pumpkin, is that in early stages of development, lemon demon was meant to emerge from Pump’s head, and could not be included in the game because it could’ve been too graphic of an idea.

you missed a big one, those dialogue boxes you found was actually used, but cut out. Tailys recently found it. GF and Dad say dialogue from 17:15 and use the unused bleep bloop noises.

EDIT: The GF also has a complete animation cycle of her bopping while her hair blows to her left, similarly to Week 4. Also, the BF has sprites of him being hit by something (presumably Daddy Dearest’s foot, judging from a Tweet, which ALSO shows an unused asset), but there are no animations for it.
EDIT 2: There’s also a LOT of unused sprites/animations for the Christmas version of the Girlfriend! It includes almost all of her regular version’s sprites, with the exception of the unused Week 3 boppin’ I mentioned earlier. You can TRY to see them by selecting gf-christmas in the debug menu, but that would just crash the game.
The body parts of the demons dancing are a great suggestion to why the moms name is “Mommy Must Murder”

The "Monster" songl can be played in the debug menu. It's basically considered a secret level in the game by the community.

I think the "dodges" sprites have to do with the pieces of the Dance Fellas of the 4th week, because if you see, the Boyfriend sprite has the shirt moving as if there was wind there, and the Girfriend that has hair swinging, it's just an assumption.
