    To be honest I want to hear from Zion when it comes to trades it’s his team what’s the point in trading based on what Bi said. The team needs to be built around Zion could adding a Trae help or hurt Zion development because I don’t think Zion fits a traditional big man role he needs touches to be fully utilized. If pick and roll is the point of the trade any shooter can do that I think we add a better big that can space to open the paint a bit and try to find another 3pt threat pelicans problem has always been threes that’s how they lose most games.

  • @davidmorris2234
    @davidmorris2234 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

    Just a wild thought, but what would the Pelicans look like with Zion at the point? Other teams have to build a wall to keep him out of the paint, which leaves someone on the wing open. Zion MUST develop an outside shot, even if it's just a mid-range, and not a 3 point shot. I think Zion has a better chance of improving his outside shots than Giannis, but it will take time, and it he wants to stay in the league longer and not end up like Blake Griffin, he has to develop his game with new moves and better shooting, because that bounce at his weight isn't going to last into his thirties. It would be nice to see him stay healthy for an entire season and the playoffs, because if he can't, then he just isn't worth a max contract.

    I think adding Jarret Allen for Bi is the best possible move we could do. Additionally we should get ourself a pg like tyus jones or do like a 3 team trade in which we trade for Dejounte Murray and use cj as main piece

    Do you think Zion Williamson would be in trade rumors right now had he not sign that rookie extension? I'm just wondering how many times the Pelicans management is willing to run it back when the same thing seems to happen every year with Zion's health. It just seems that every time the Pelicans get good, something happens to Zion that derails their momentum, and their season suffers because of it. With Victor Wembamyama winning ROTY, the eyes aren't on Zion anymore, he's been in the league for 5 years now and still hasn't lived up to what he was projected to be. No one should be surprised if his name shows up in trade rumors.

      Zion is literally only 14 months older than Anthony Edwards and is just now getting his mental side of the game adequate, there is no reason for the pels to trade the only chance at a ring they got.

    I would nurse Zion to healthy and trade him ASAP while healthy for a hefty bunch-load of new young talents. He has proven to brake down all the time and this is not going to change. His body-movement and how it is built are the problems, no matter what he does in the future. He has explosive play-style, X-legs and too much muscle on them - they just won't last.
