These electric motors were designed to fail. Why restore a failed design instead of redesigning it not to fail. Ball bearings aren't needed in the complete design. The whole design should be magnetic. Magnetic rotational field should be the only mode of operation.
@Ker Bee it doesn't need ball bearings. It can add an extra layer to the magnet field by using magnetic balancing also. An added magnetic blancing/ forcefield.a force within a force.
You have satisfied my curiosity sir
1.Can loose end covers lead to 3 phase winding short failure?
2. What happens when earth is not connected and overload occurs
Pls do reply
Nice explained.. sir any other causes of submersible winding burst?
good explanation,
but how to know the right amount of lubrication?
ans secondly to avoid 51% damages due to bearings?
The instruction manual for any motor gives strict and detailed guides to lubrication and varies a lot so not one answer .
nice images in the presentation
Nice explanation of windings damaged
thanks sir
Why do electric motor break?
Thumbnail: *motor with extremely bent drive shaft which could have not happened naturly*
Hmm idk why
