1.Can loose end covers lead to 3 phase winding short failure?
      2. What happens when earth is not connected and overload occurs
      Pls do reply

    good explanation,
but how to know the right amount of lubrication?
ans secondly to avoid 51% damages due to bearings?

The instruction manual for any motor gives strict and detailed guides to lubrication and varies a lot so not one answer .

You can see it on the nameplate below. Amount of grease. But normally 3 to 5 stroke is enough every 6 months. But bearing is cheap so change it every year simple and easy.

Shaft bend happen when Shaft worn out and was repaired by putting a sleeve instead of welding.

    Why do electric motor break?
Thumbnail: *motor with extremely bent drive shaft which could have not happened naturly*
    Hmm idk why

These electric motors were designed to fail. Why restore a failed design instead of redesigning it not to fail. Ball bearings aren't needed in the complete design. The whole design should be magnetic. Magnetic rotational field should be the only mode of operation.

True but magnetic is expensive and repair cost also. Single raw Ball bearing is cheap and easy to replace.

@@kerblow2017 it doesn't need ball bearings. It can add an extra layer to the magnet field by using magnetic balancing also. An added magnetic blancing/ forcefield.a force within a force.
