Both type of device are different.. you can't compare a device where gaming is the main priority with a device,where gaming is just a side by activity...no one buys mobile to play games only..at least not majority..
Hopefully they can patch better frame pacing for combat… other wise it looks quite playable.

If android phones come up with new stronger chip then yes. But for now new iphones and ipads with newer chip can play triple A games. You can check Resident Village gameplay
