Not me finding this video when the deadline is the 29th of January💀. In my defense, I thought about studying in England and started taking the necessary steps last year, but then I got discouraged because I started thinking of how many people do not actually get to work in England even if they study there. Now, I am at my last year of high school and I have been thinking about my university and how I really do not see my future here, and then I found out that the deadline has been prolonged, so I saw it as a sign. Anyways, thank you so much for the video!💓💓

Hey don’t panic 😅 If you’re only writing matric next year(2022) it means that you’re going to apply for September 2023 entry. Those applications open in May 2022 and close in January 2023. I went to school in Zimbabwe and did A Levels.
After we submit the UCAS application, we will get any mail from the "university" after 2 weeks like, "Account created, Application submitted"? I submitted my UCAS application 2 weeks before, yesterday I got a mail from the university that, my account is created and the application was submitted. Is it like this? My agent has actually submitted all the things.
Hi Dudu, my teacher said to me to leave the dates unvailable on blank until they phone her, but I'm not sure if leaving a piece on blank will allow you to apply to the 5 universities. Also, I did 3375 appr. on my personal statement, butt still says I need 4000 words to complete it, but I already did 47 lines. What can I do? How do I know that I applied for the five universities?
Hey dudu I wanted to ask , I'm in matric now , when do applications open there and when do they close also if I get accepted do I go next year if so when in the year
My pleasure x I did Cambridge L6 English Language so I didn’t have to. But it’s different for every university. They just let you know when they give you an offer what English qualifications they accept.
Thank you so much for the information Dudu. God bless you. However, what's the ULN (Unique Learner Number) about? It's under the 'Education section' How does one generate it?
Very helpful! I have a question can I use my NECO O level result to apply for a UK university and can I also register for a pre degree program in a UK university?
Hello Nice video. it was very helpful. But I still have some questions This year I'll start 12th grade and I'm gonna study in UK. Do I need A level exams for applying to universities in UK? And how many subjects do I need to get good marks for applying for a university?
thank you sooo much Dudu! this helped me a lot but i still have some questions. i go to an american school in the middle east and i don’t know anything about a levels and other things universities require. i want to apply for medical school in england but i don’t know how to convert my grades from the american grading system to the uk grading system. is there any tests i need to take or any specific classes? i’m only in 9th grade and i still have the rest of 9th grade, 10th, 11th, and 12th to figure this out but it’s better to start early than late right?😂
Yess!!! It’s definitely never too early! I love your energy😌🙌🏾 I don’t know much about the US system but here is a link to a website that converts AP scores to UCAS points. So whenever you search up a university’s requirements you can convert the points to the scores you need to get. When you complete all sections and go to submit, it’ll take you to a payment section that will allow you to choose a payment method/add card details and make the payment.
Hey! I need help 😭 I submitted my UCAS application and the universities have responded back that theyve recieved my application, they also provided a student ID and password for their portal, am I supposed to upload documents and such there or is my application already complete and will be processed without them?
@JS4 MUSIC Hi, i ended up uploading whatever documents i had i.e. transcripts, academic qualifications certificates, refrences etc and I've gotten an offer from two universities so far. I think you should upload them too just in case!
You can email the universities admissions directly. Note that your IELTS results are already anticipated to come later than the deadline so it wouldn’t jeopardize the success of your application.
Aunty, you are wonderful. Kudos to you. The sky is your limit. I'm from Nigeria. Please my daughter made these results : English language C4, Mathematics B2, Government B3, Biology B3, Animal Husbandry B2, Civic Education C5, Christian Religious Knowledge C4, Literature in English D7. Can these gain her undergraduate admission in UK. She want to study PSYCHOLOGY. Please, direct her well. I'm a widow and she is interested in furthering her education. Thanks
Most universities don’t accept WAEC/NECO for Year 1 entry but she can apply to start at foundation year(FY) level which still leads straight to the course. From a quick search I’ve done, she needs 5 credit passes or above for this so I recommend looking in this direction. I hope this helps.
Great video! but I do have Just 2 questions : Do the references have to be teachers? Can it be like coworkers or such? Because my highschool is 100% online and I mean my teachers basically have no clue who I am and the same would be said vice versa. I could try getting the principal ( if there even is one ) or my success coach to write the reference but I highly doubt they would/ do a good job because the same situation applies. :( And how would scholarships work? Does UCAS have scholarship programs?
It is usually recommended that if you're in school, you ask an employee of the school that knows you well academically however its not a must. You should not, however, ask friends, family or anyone you have that close relations to because they might be very biased and that can lead to your application being discarded. Here's something that can help: www.ucas.com/undergraduate/applying-university/how-get-ucas-undergraduate-reference
Hello,ma'am. I'm applying for UCAS 2023 entry for medicine. Can I use my CIAE awaiting result for Oct/Nov 2022 whose result will be released by January ?
UCAS is just a platform to do the application and send it; it has no place to apply for scholarships. You would have to go to the universities websites to do so.
Hi there, thanks for the great videos. So the thing is, i wanna do my industrial placement in the UK. So i was wondering if this process apllies too, mean like I’m from Zim kinda need some advice is UCAS is the best or I should just apply directly to the universities
An Industrial Placement is like applying for a job. So to do that you don't actually go through universities. I hope I understand that right. UCAS is for Undergraduate degree University Applications.
I wanted to ask, when it says qualification what does a south African Matric certificate result and can I use my first semester to also apply coze I did a one year course to try and bost my qualifications
Hey ✨ Yes you can use your matric but I’m not sure about your other qualification. There is a list of exam boards they accept and matric will be there. If your course qualification isn’t part of the list I think there might be an other option that will still allow you to add them.
i applied to birmingham city, university of nottingham, nottingham trent university& loughborough i only received a reply from ntu and i got rejected because of my personal statement 😔
Hi I am an International student, can we still apply forUCAS Application for 2021 entry, the last date is 15th of October by google. Please Help me in this
Unfortunately, for 2021 entry the UCAS deadline passed. However, some universities will still accept direct applications to them. But seeing as that it is September and most universities start this month or beginning of next, chances a lower and so I recommend that you call universities that you are interested in, directly to find out if they can offer you a place.
You don’t have to have done A Levels. Universities accept the equivalent to it which is usually your final exam results from Highschool/Secondary school
Thank you Dudu, this is really good to know, but is it necessary my high school teacher do the reference thing, because I left high school 6 years ago?
You're welcome. No it doesn't have to be your high school teacher. It can be anyone who knows you well and can recommend you for that course so for example an employer or mentor. However you cannot use a relative or friend because there is an obvious bias.
Not really. Once you see the application you notice that it’s just mainly the Personal Statement that you need to focus on and there are quite a few resources to help you out with that. The top universities are quite competitive though so your grades matter quite a bit there and that’s where I’d say I felt a bit of pressure.
I’m from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 Accommodation ranges from about £150 to £600 per week depending on the city and type of accommodation (en-suite , non en-suite, studio apartments, etc)

Also, don't be worried if you haven't done your exams just do the rest of the application a put pending for the results.

Hi Dudu can I please ask what residential category do I fall in coz I am still in South Africa not yet in the UK
Hey
I’m not sure what the options are but you’d fall under Africa/ non European or UK citizen / International student something along those lines
If there’s other and you don’t fall into all the other categories then go for other

Hi Dudu, I would like to ask you some questions on the CAS letter. I’ve sent in my cas application and declaration forms to the school awaiting my CAS letter but no feedback now. I’m very worried as time is going cos my course starts this September 2022
Hey, had your offer been made unconditional when you requested for the CAS?

Hey Dudu I'm in grade 11 can I apply now or I have to wait until next year May/June.Do you have any scholarship recommendations which I can apply to.What school did you attend eg.IEB or CAPS I'm actually panicking.
Hey don’t panic 😅
If you’re only writing matric next year(2022) it means that you’re going to apply for September 2023 entry.
If I understand you correctly. It means I can't apply directly from the university website
Quick question, did you apply when doing you IGCSEs or when doing your A levels?
I applied when I was doing A Levels
Hello. Where you doing A level year 1 when you applied?
Hi Dudu, my teacher said to me to leave the dates unvailable on blank until they phone her, but I'm not sure if leaving a piece on blank will allow you to apply to the 5 universities. Also, I did 3375 appr. on my personal statement, butt still says I need 4000 words to complete it, but I already did 47 lines. What can I do? How do I know that I applied for the five universities?
Iam on 3rd year of my university and want to study coming 4th last year in university in uk should I also apply through ucas or what should I do ?
Do you need help in the process ?

Hey✨ applications are open right now for September 2022 entry which is when you would be applying for. The deadline is on 26 January 2022
Thanks a lot.Did you have to write other English exams or just your zimsec O level English was enough?
My pleasure x
I did Cambridge L6 English Language so I didn’t have to. But it’s different for every university. They just let you know when they give you an offer what English qualifications they accept.
Thank you so much for the information Dudu. God bless you.
However, what's the ULN (Unique Learner Number) about? It's under the 'Education section'
How does one generate it?
You’re welcome! Thanks🙏🏾
It’s only for British students, you don’t have to put anything. I didn’t.
Very helpful! I have a question can I use my NECO O level result to apply for a UK university and can I also register for a pre degree program in a UK university?
Hello
Nice video. it was very helpful. But I still have some questions
This year I'll start 12th grade and I'm gonna study in UK.
I love your energy😌🙌🏾
I don’t know much about the US system but here is a link to a website that converts AP scores to UCAS points. So whenever you search up a university’s requirements you can convert the points to the scores you need to get.
Link:
qips.ucas.com/qip/usa-advanced-placement-ap
I don’t know about specific classes but Maths always required so make sure you do Maths.
Hope this helps x

You send it with your predicted grades then as soon as you get your results you can send them through to the universities.

Hello Dudu, I’m from Nigeria currently applying to study in UK. Would like to ask how do I know if UCAS has submitted my request to the university and how do I make the £25 ? Pls I hope I get a reply from you as soon as possible.. I did fill out the UCAS not sure if it’s has been submitted already
@@miffy9701which report d0 they need😢
hello, How can I notify universities via ucas that I will send IELTS results at a later date? In march for example
Great video! but I do have Just 2 questions :
Do the references have to be teachers? Can it be like coworkers or such? Because my highschool is 100% online and I mean my teachers basically have no clue who I am and the same would be said vice versa. I could try getting the principal ( if there even is one ) or my success coach to write the reference but I highly doubt they would/ do a good job because the same situation applies. :(
And how would scholarships work? Does UCAS have scholarship programs?
It is usually recommended that if you're in school, you ask an employee of the school that knows you well academically however its not a must. You should not, however, ask friends, family or anyone you have that close relations to because they might be very biased and that can lead to your application being discarded.
Here's something that can help:

@@dudukineiloe A falied subject which I've not yet cleared. So can I still apply?
Hi from Zimbabwe, I wanna apply to the UK any specifics for Zimbabwe
Hello can UCAS help me in getting a scholarship as an international student?
UCAS is just a platform to do the application and send it; it has no place to apply for scholarships. You would have to go to the universities websites to do so.
Thanks for the video Dudu ❤️. Can I study law at kings college London. At 17?
Thank you so much!
My question is: ls it difficult to apply science courses like Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry etc...
I wouldn't say difficult but I do believe there might be an extra step but it depends on the University. I'm really not very sure sorry.
Hey Sis, Are the SATS and ACT important or I shouldn’t panic about it ?
Hey sis✨ They are not important for applying to UK universities so don't panic.
I wanted to ask, when it says qualification what does a south African Matric certificate result and can I use my first semester to also apply coze I did a one year course to try and bost my qualifications
Hey ✨
Yes you can use your matric but I’m not sure about your other qualification.
There is a list of exam boards they accept and matric will be there. If your course qualification isn’t part of the list I think there might be an other option that will still allow you to add them.
Hi dudu ...quick question can i apply eith my As level(not a level) Results

Hi I am an International student, can we still apply forUCAS Application for 2021 entry, the last date is 15th of October by google. Please Help me in this
Unfortunately, for 2021 entry the UCAS deadline passed. However, some universities will still accept direct applications to them. But seeing as that it is September and most universities start this month or beginning of next, chances a lower and so I recommend that you call universities that you are interested in, directly to find out if they can offer you a place.
dudu I have some problem here, my highschool doesn't have A Levels program and I'm lost now, I graduated this year so.. how? 🥺
You don’t have to have done A Levels. Universities accept the equivalent to it which is usually your final exam results from Highschool/Secondary school
@@dudukineiloe omg thank you for replying my comments🥺 thank you for sharing this information, glad to know you Dudu💗
@@dudukineiloe thanks Dudu👍👍
@dudukinelo Was it overwhelming to apply? I'm from America but would love to go to the UK for college?
Not really. Once you see the application you notice that it’s just mainly the Personal Statement that you need to focus on and there are quite a few resources to help you out with that. The top universities are quite competitive though so your grades matter quite a bit there and that’s where I’d say I felt a bit of pressure.
