I am partial to wood floors and I even like the décor/staging!
It appears outdated, very cluttered and has too many different paint colors. Although, bathroom tiles are very nice. The front yard landscaping is fine, but the backyard need work.
You’d have to put a lot of money into this home! It seems ever think would have to be updated and painted.

@@p_black3219 in this home the bathrooms. The basement could be converted into and apartment and the stove definitely needs to be moved. The bathroom in the entryway needs to be removed or turned into a closet. The staircase needs updated railings, definitely some new paint and a better kitchen. Could all be done I think for at least with a budget of 200,000 if you want high end finishes.
@@kortiniamartin9682 Why would someone want to turn their basement into an apartment unless they want to generate an income stream? Families with children don't want strangers living in their home. The entryway already has a closet, this is considered a half bath or powder room. The staircases are all custom made and designed by Black professionals. Painting walls is a personal preference, therefore whatever color someone prefers can change at the stroke of a brush. The kitchen the one fault...it should have been more open.

@@p_black3219 i have a family, that is the reason why I would convert the basement into an apart so my children can live with me until they could make it on there own. Then after that my parents it they want to. As far as the rail that black company would custom make glass ones. The kitchen is definitely in need of freshness and as for the bathroom remove it. Why would you want to smell someone's ish, when walking in the house make it make sense.
Or while eating dinner, could you imagine having a dinner party and someone blows up that bathroom. Maybe it's just me.....and my mind
