Still got my 2011 Multi S Touring, fantastic bike upgraded the Ohlins SCU best mod ever.

My '13 is in the shop for a new fuel sensor. I think they hope I'll just trade it in on a new one but I love that bike. A new one just means I'd have to go through the break-in agony of not being able to unleash that beast it keeps inside :)
You didn't really mention the variable valve timing. The weakest part of the old Multi is the extreme lumpiness of the engine when short-shifted around town. How much does the VVT help that?

Make that SECOND new fuel level sensor.

Alberto Knox Yea, I have a 14 and I and currently also living with my SECOND bad fuel level sensor. It's annoying, but in no way do I love the bike any less. It's just so amazing. This new one looks even better. BTW, some of the other reviews I've read say that the DVT COMPLETELY eliminates the low rev issues with our model.

Alberto Knox Just noticed that you ride a Thruxton also. I had one too, just sold it though, for lack of funds. Great minds think alike lol

STILL waiting. Fuel sensor on back-order. Have a trip to the Ozarks coming up. I'm thinking of throwing bags on the Thrux for this 900 mile trip.

I dumped my MV Turismo Volce for the 2016 Multistrada . And never looked back :))

I still want a MV Turismo Veloce. Maybe as a 2nd bike.

Thanks Steve, I find your twist on the MTS pretty even and objective keep it up on all your reviews. Thanks for not bashing chain vs. shaft. Chains are not so bad once you fork up the green to replace a broken shaft. I just bought my 5th Duk and I've owned over 30 bikes in my 40+ years of riding. I don't like when editors fluff up new bikes just because they are new. Also my opinion is not always the norm. I chose a leftover 2014 MTS GT for the number of features provided in the GT package and size of those bags for my rally trips are just the thing for me. Keep it up, don't forget to twist your wrist and drop a knee.

Why not pitch it as off road capable? I don't think Ducati will take your advice.

Agreed... Ducati should drop the 'enduro capable' claim and market the MTS as an 'Ergonomic Superbike'... The 'ErSu'... Hey Ducati, if you use the name... we need to talk royalties! ;)

like Triumph does with 1050 Tiger. 17'' wheels and no claim that is good off road. concur with you Ducati Dude!

semi active suspension????? I think not, get your facts straight, if you miss thé key element of the S bike, you might as well stop making reviews
