There's documentary video that shows what IG players doing during S8. One footage in that video hit me big time, it was TheShy sitting infront of pc, playing Sion on a dummy. And later the coach of IG told the fans TheShy would spend hours and hours everyday doing this, just to perfect the animation canceling between skill and auto. That was just insane amount of effort they put into this game.

No he trained like crazy blood, sweat, and tears. Your really going off topic btw with the 'is it a healthy culture to have?' Like bruh were not talking about that and also, no shit. Working hard is great and all if for the right causes but in general it is not the virtue that you think it is.

Plus they are still ao young that after they retire, they can focus on other things cause you usually don't play league when you are near or after your 30.

From how you prhased this you don't have a good understanding of genetics at all.
In general, I would recommend staying away from the pattern of observing a trend and saying "oh it's probably genes" unless talking about phenotype. Genetics (especially around behavior) are incredibly complicated lmao.
And the 'black people' who dominate running for instance often have ancestral ties to West Africa meaning that their potential advantage predates modern conceptions of race. My point being that you're speaking about race when you really mean genetics and the two concepts are sometimes correlated but not necessarily so.
