The thing that I love about your houses is that it's spacious but not empty. No offense but houses I saw on the internet are either so big it's empty or super crammed with decorations that has nothing to do with the house.
OMG I remember placing this house and playing in it as a child. It was my to-go house when parents get divorced and one of them moves out. I'm excited to see how it turns out!
@@blameitondanny Yeah the whole house seemed somewhat depressing to me. I didn't have the Late Night EP at the time so this played the role of the sad grungy apartment someone gets at a low point of their lives. But this renovation honestly makes me feel like the mayor could be living there with her/his family which is a huge step up.

thank you for the video, i always look forward to seeing you upload! i don't know how maxis could have done those mistakes by accident haha, they could have just called it a townhouse. btw, i don't know if you did this already but i recently made the effort to put all frequently used items like toilet paper, towels, shoe rack etc into a collection and its made building in this game so much easier and faster. still wish we had a search function in ts3 :D

Idkw but I hate that front fence. When I remodeled this house, the first thing I do is delete those horrid fences lol.
