Unfortunately no matter how much you teach, it still will be the highest place for accidents. I agree though if people were better drivers this money could have gone toward other more important road projects
The same unit that messed it up in the first place is now the ones to fix it? Since when does that make any sense? Enforce the law? The hell you say. These people just have a hole in their pockets and money to burn.
The South Broadway neighborhood is one of the most authentic historical neighborhoods in the country. The reason it is undeveloped in comparison to other areas is due to our city's ugly history of racial covenants. The home I live in is 110 years old. Before me, it was occupied by the same woman for 70 plus years. She died here in her bed age 102. The house next door has been continuously occupied by the same family for six generations. The house on the other side of me is also multi-generational, and pre-territorial. All the families on my block can trace their ancestors back to the Entrada, and the founding families of Albuquerque. Don't even get me started on the history of the churches here, the South Broadway cultural center, the Hispanic Cultural Center, the Dennis Chavez community center, the Railyard farmers market, and all the people, both old timers and new comers alike, who worked to make this one of the most livable neighborhoods in the city. But I would love to learn more about the history of the neighborhood you live in too, and what you think makes it great.
I don't think they are ever expanding lanes on that road because there is no room without taking out more buildings. They'll probably expand other roads like paseo and encourage mass transit
The first will save you life but then you ask for heavens host to intervene, the second is if you can figure out your own apocalypse, do you think your a hobbit, elf, fairy, sun being, elemental, or witch, or dot person.
Lots of curves worldwide, just teach people to drive and stay off the phone. Save millions.

Slow down the speed limit and the road is safe.

The property owners in that area will not sell and there is public school property as well.

Plan J. The other plan would remove the onramp from coal to I-25 and cluster traffic heading southbound onto central virtually halfing capacity
I heard my name being yelled like a ventriloquist act, my answer I didn't do it, unless I did then you deserve the pain of what just happened.
