Superb. All recipes are delicious. Aunty you are so innovative. I would have never thought of putting the batter in the glass for frying bhajis. It was so easy to dip and fry
Very nice recipes,Amma,🙏YOU are absolutely fabulous ....You make the recipe look so simple and feel like making it that very moment....Thankyou very much. Amma You take your time to teach us just like a Mother teaches her child.....🙏
Looks lovely, ma'am! I'm loving your weekend special regional cuisine series..it takes quite an effort to do it all at one go..must be quite tiring, especially in this heat.
I loved this - thank you! I am from Andhra and have made all of these with my Dad - the Bringal, cut and smothered with the paste is one of his favourites, along with all the others! 😆💞
Love your receipes mam. Whenever I think what to cook tomorrow, I will browse your channel & follow some of ur receipes. One of the best vegetarian channels I like. Thank you mam - Geetha
I made the tomato Pappu for lunch today and everyone loved it. Thank you Geeta ma’am for a nice and simple recipe 🙏. May God bless you with a long and healthy life! 😁🙏
Ma'am your videos are wonderful and I love your recipes. Can you please give recipes of creatively hiding vegetables? My teenager doesn't like eating any veggies other than bhindi and cauliflower. I would like her to eat more green leafy vegetables. Thank you❤
Sure 😊 You could always use as filling in parathas or sandwiches Boil veggies and make them into interesting soups too. I have shown many soup recipes on my channel
Geeta garu, have you tried stuffed mirchi bhajji? My mother slits the mirchi and removes all the seeds. She actually makes a pocket in the mirchi so the tip and the stem remain intact. Then she would make a paste of puthani( bhuna chana), roasted sesame, salt tamarind, and jaggery. It would be a tight paste not runny all. She would stuff the mirchi, dip it in besan batter and then fry it. When you bite the bhajji there would be an explosion of spicy, tangy, sweet and sour taste in your mouth.
@@GitasKitchen Thanks. Please try it. If we had excess then the next day my mother would cut the bhaji into roundels, fry them again. Then serve these with chopped onion, grated carrots and tamarind chutney.
Very nice lunch or dinner!! Enjoyed watching it. Now our turn to make it and enjoy. Thank you for detailed steps to make these items. Need some work to make all this, but on week end can enjoy cook and eat :)
