Black Sea Bass are delicious. We dont get big ones down here in florida, a 12 incher is a huge one here.

Dabs of Honey mango chutney with diced thai chilli peppers sauted . Salt pepper lemon on the fish. Snow peas sauted with a bit of sesame seed oil olive oil a couple drops of soy sause slivers of carrot mix well cook at the end after planting a couple smidges of saffron

Season the fillet with salt pepper lime and garlic powder. The dip them in egg and panko breading and fry in oil for about 4 minutes a side then slice em up and put them on flour tortillas with cilantro hot sauce fresh lime juice and onion. I promise you. Best fish Tacos 🌮
