Thandai Drink
Ingredients
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
Milk (full fat) - 1 lt
Cashew nuts (soaked) - ¼ cup
Almonds (soaked) - ¼ cup
Pista (soaked) - ¼ cup
Cardamom (soaked) - 10nos
Peppercorns (soaked) - 10nos
Poppy Seeds (soaked) - 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds (soaked) - 1½ tbsp
Watermelon seeds (soaked) - 2tbsp
Cucumber seeds (soaked) - 1 tbsp
Rosewater - 1tbsp
Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
Nutmeg Powder - ½ tsp
Saffron (soaked) - a generous pinch
Water - a dash
Sugar - to taste
Ice cubes - few

I’ve had thandai before once or twice but this looks amazing and my kind of drink - I love saunf and pistachios and of course anything milky - I’m defo going to make this - love the fact you have used khus khus as I usually use this with badaaam and ghee milk with saffron 😌
