My man. You are a lifesaver. Our auger did the same thing on its second post ever. It’s under warranty so I almost didn’t monkey around with it myself despite needing to get it going again. I didn’t want to negate the warranty by pulling the gearbox apart. So thank you for the info, you just saved us a weeks worth of waiting.

It's definitely not the most easy to find info! You'd think they'd make it really obvious that all augers have a shear bolt lol.
