I go past this building almost every day, and much like everyone else I know, I had absolutely dead zero idea that this building was abandoned until a couple months ago. It’s in a weird spot where you’d never expect there to be an abandoned building, but it has been for years! Looks like a pretty nice building as well. Currently, they are slowly deconstructing the building, and when it’s finally gone I know it’s gonna massively change the way that Melbourne Southbank feels. Kinda just hoping they replace it with something nice!
Dam Australian cities look so nice and aesthetic man! The only city in north america that comes close to the aussie cities in style is Vancouver but thats really it, most other cities here are very rundown looking and have a grim brutalism feel to the skylines
Welcome to your new office. I don’t know where everybody is left. You must be the new boss you must’ve find everybody in that office and you got the hold office to yourself You can do all your crazy stuff by pushing the computer screens off the desk onto the floor, smashing the keyboard and chucked in across the office.😊😂😂
When I watch the end of the video I know what you done with that fan you put the fan in the naughty Corner and I was laughing. What you done to it that’s a good job put the fan in the naughty Corner. That’s where it belong. I having a good laugh right now at the fan.😂😂😂
so sad that such a beautiful building was neglected only for it to be demolished, and in the middle of the city too. Millions down the drain, that is the society today.
So this was recorded shortly after they had secured those front sliding doors closed. I made my own entrance on the side glass sliding door (it took quite the amount of effort to pry it open, and apparently lots of other people in the urbex scene were wondering how we got in). From there we brought in the goodies and bouncy castle from the back entrance which despite looking secured shut, would still open. I did go back not too long after to get back in, but they had really properly secured that side entrance and I couldn't get it open after hours of trying. Currently, there's a few sections of wall missing on the ground floor so getting in would be easy as (someone has busted a bit of the newly placed barbed wiring too), but I imagine they would have secured up all staircase entry points (I will need to check it out to see). Also, security appears to be more tight now that it's open. I'd love to do another weekend here before it's gone!
Hello! I'm glad to see you in the new video!

Did you purchase this building ? If not, this may be your final video for quite a while.
No he didn’t. Why do you say it would be his final video if he didn’t purchase it?

I appreciate the urbex and realise the channel is for smashing things, but strictly in this instance I do not condone smashing things

BROS RETURNED AFTER 3-4 MONTHS-
Spooky
If you could get 20 of those chairs out of there, you could easily make $200 selling them. 👍
How did you get in? This shit’s been locked up for a good while
