It wasn’t too hard from what I could recall. There’s just one bit where you go up a hill (maybe 10 mins walk) then it’s all flat after that. It’s maybe about 10- 15 mins drive from the reindeer center to the meeting/starting point of the walk.
There’s a train station at Aviemore and then you can taxi it from there. I think there’s also a bus that goes from Aviemore to the visitor centre where the office of the reindeer people is. Have fun :)
Another reason for me to go visit Cairngorms when I am back to Glasgow this winter.
