My husband made it with melamine boards from the hardware store. He custom cut it to fit the closet. I’m not sure how much it cost, but it was cheaper than buying pre-made shelves.

I'm thinking of doing bunk beds would you recommend them to you still have the bunk bed? What is your opinion about bunk beds What do you have for mattress protectors or covers on their mattresses?
I really like these bunk beds from IKEA, because they’re a little lower to the ground than most other bunk beds. Also, mattress protectors are a great option because you just have to throw them in the wash and it’ll keep the mattresses good as new.
