    I've always seen people play the cap and never got it to work in my games, so I'd always play knights move to attack. Excited to try these points now!

    Shape Up! by Charles Matthews and Kim Seung-June is a good book on shape.

    Please could you elaborate some more on why it is good to attach in example 3, but not in example 1? Is it only due to the proximity of your other stones, or also because it is near the corner rather than halfway down a side?
