AOC has come through with a really needed plan for housing that addresses the actual root of low morale in this nation. I have wondered what she was up to. I attribute low morale to the fact that it hardly matters what illusionary increases of wages there may be. Few of us can get over the hurdles facing us when a rent increase in NYC spreads like wildfire to every town and city.
