Double Black Double Down Revisited

I was wrong about Double Black and Double Down. I rode them again. My riding was just as terrible as last time, but I enjoyed the trails a lot more this time.

Thanks for the trail review! I shuttled this Double Down this October for the first time. It was super blown out, like you showed in your vid and some of the features for sure required a look over before doing. But overall I really liked it and can see with some laps to get more familiar with it, there is some good flow to be had. But yeah...without a shuttle not sure how eager I'd be to make that climb.

Cushcore protects your rim, it doesn't prevent flats. Looks like a great trail!

It has eliminated pinch flats for me, which were most of my flat tires. Obviously it can't do anything to protect the carcass of the tire from a direct hit like that. Bad luck is bad luck.

Yeah, I was going to say, this is the only way to get down. Absolutely the best way down chuckanut, and I will absolutely ride up Fragrance Lake Rd to go hit it.
