Twas a very pleasant suprise when your name popped up in my notification bar, i immediately came over then watched your video. Nice to see you're doing so well now and happy the period you had in hospital is over. Your video was very inspirational and fresh, and those little video edits looked so professional :)

I'd like to buy one of your paintings too as i'm sure many many people would. I loved that orange but i bet that's gone, i probably couldn't afford it anyway. It seems odd that an artist would sell their paintings, i mean, wouldn't you miss them?
If you are short of buyers i'm absolutely sure that if you put links to how we can buy your stuff, people would snap them up straight away.

I stumbled upon you're first video, then watched some of the later ones and then i watched this one and it made me so happy. To see you have this horible time with your mental health, and to now come out the dark tunnel and just that you are okay. you are a total stranger to me but its just kind of lovely to know that you are doing better now, and finding some passions.
Awesome, Emily is back. I am very happy you posted an update about your precious life - that you are doing so well. Your paintings have that special something about them that really do provoke an emotional response. The painting are more than just pretty pictures in that they have deeper meanings that you seem to mix in well with your paint.
Having to cope with a mental condition can be difficult, but you also paint as an artist which is not always easy either. I know the feeling of trying to get inspired, coming up with different ideas that have meaning that simply just work. You as an artist/painter are more than likely your own toughest critic - you are truly an artist.
You keep going and never, never ever - never stop. We all love you.
Your videos have helped me so much I can't express it. Thank you! I just want to give you a big hug. You're such a beautiful soul.

Damn.. I’ve had drug induced psychosis several times. And my hearts out to anyone that has to deal with that all the time. I couldn’t even imagine. For me once the drugs effects were over so was the psychosis so I never had to live with it exactly.

I myself have been recently diagnosed with Schizophrenia and just wanted to thank you because during one of my episodes i came across one of your videos and for whatever reason it brought me into a realm of more sanity during that hour and i havent fell and lower in my head since . so i couldn't thank you enough and hope you take it day by day! I'm so glad to see that you are doing so well. I think everyone was worried because we didn't here from you for almost a year. I'm so happy that you have found so much to connect with. I hear voices periodically, too. In my mind, I insult them back. It's gotten easier to deal with since that became a new tactic. It's as if they are restless ghosts leaching off of my energy...

I have schizophrenia too! I also tried to commit suicide and the 1st one put me into a coma for
3 days. Try not to do that. I like your art. I also like to draw. You’re really good! Hope you are doing well still.

My mother is schizophrenic, and she has been stable for the last 10 years, no hospitalizations. She was diagnosed at 40 years old and at the time of diagnosis i was a teenager. I witnessed all her symptoms and i have been terrified of inheriting it ever since. I am 28 years old now, still thinking about it time to time. I am somewhat relieved that it is very much possible to live very meaningful life even after this illness, as you show. My mother is not so lucky as she suffers from severe anxiety of all kinds and shes been retired since her diagnosis.
I hope the best to you in your journey with this illness.

I just found out your channel and watched your videos. All i have to say is that you are a really strong girl, and as i see here, also a talented artist. I suffer from OCD (pure OCD, the worst kind). Four years back, when it hit me, i went through hell, suffered each and every day of my life. From the morning i walk up to the time i went to bed. My obsessions where so strong and felt so real that for a time i though i might have schizophrenia (wasn't diagnosed at the time). I possible had psychotic episodes. I lost a lot of things, had to quit university among others. But here i am, a few years later, and i'm 90% better. I din't think this would be possible. I thought i might have to commit suicide to get away from all of this. I used to take three seroquel pills along with prozac, now i take just one seroquel before bed. Your videos moved me, i have seen others talking about their experiences with mental illness, but for some reason i can really, really identify with you . If you ever feel sad, distressed, or you want to talk to someone for any reason whatsoever, you are welcome to send me at petyrsak@gmail.com. I wish i had the option to talk to someone when i went through my darkest days, unfortunately i didn't... Take care Emily! And keep in mind that the future will always be better than the past.

Thank you! Managing my illness and coping isn’t always 100%.. but when it is I feel so happy and free and.. well.. ‘normal?’.

glad you're doing well. I've been reading up about the condition. At the basic level the common trait is that facts in the mind of someone with this condition are sometimes not in tthe correct time order meaning if asked what they did that day they would get the events out of sequence when describing them. Also people with the condition tend to take things quite literally e.g. say 'every cloud has a silver liing' someone with the condition would literally think that the outline of clouds is just silver (extreme case). The halucinations etc I don't know much about. I like your painting, I use acrylics on miniatures painting for wargaming and I love it
