  • I CAN'T STOP EATING this SUGAR-FREE BIRTHDAY Cake
    This is one of my favorite cakes. It is a sugar-free, delicious, creamy, and super moist cake.

    Ingredients:
    5 eggs
    100 ml vegetable oil
    150 ml milk
    sweetener
    100g erythritol
    200g flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 sachet vanilla
    Cream:
    300g cream cheese
    400 ml whipping cream
    sweetener to taste
    1 kg strawberries for filling and decoration
    Directions:
    1. Separate the egg yolks from whites. Mix the egg yolks with oil, milk, flour, vanilla, sweetener, and baking powder.
    2. Mix the egg whites with erythritol until firm peaks and combine with the rest of the composition. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
    3. Cut the sponge into 3 slices and soak it with milk. Prepare the cream: mix cream cheese with whipping cream and sweetener.
    4. Assemble the cake and decorate it with fresh strawberries. Put it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
