At least you greased it, you could have drilled and tap and inserted a grease zerk, It would have been an easy DIY. Question this is 3 yr old how did the bed liner paint work?
shouldn't you release the spindle brakes before testing the spindle? the noise i was hearing sounded like it MIGHT be the brake rubbing on the spindle pulley.
John your blades upside down your lift goes up and your grass side goes down if you're blades are upside down you'll rip and destroy your grass instead of cutting it and diseases will come that won't be good
Nice job on the video. It can't be easy trying to hold a camera and work at the same time. Because inquiring minds want to know, here are a few questions: 1) How much did the repair cost? 2) What is the price of a new mower deck? 3) How long did it take to complete the repair? 4)How old is the deck?
Thanks for the questions: 1) I spent $69 on Amazon for parts 2) new deck is $400+ 3) It took about half a day to complete in total 4) The deck is 2 years(seasons) old
Great job my man! Question, You replaced the blades? I ask because I remember small engines class in highschool, did lots of winterizing out boards and lawn mowers back in the day...I seem to remember this little doohickey mounted on the shop wall that was like a magnetic spinner to balance the blade, we'd sharpen blades and put it on this thing and spin it to make sure it was balanced right... So question is "WARPED " As like in BOWED? Or not balanced to do wear and tear in dire need of sharpening and a proper balancing? MAKING ANY SENSE? LoL....Not my world lmao...❤🇨🇦😎🐕🇨🇦❤
huge help thanks!
E-Z Slide paint from Tractor Supply is supposed to be the best.
blades are on upsidedown

My spindle broke and was rubbing on the brake
John on your Husqvarna when you increase your engine speed do your blades spin the same speed or faster
Faster
When you replaced the pulley on the mandrel, you forgot to put the washer on top of the pulley first & then the nut.
Yes, I corrected it. Thanks!
Hey dude, you put the blades upside down
Yep
