Do you have a video of replacing the motor ? I have a 2015 accord. The passenger rear window goes down sometimes does go up unless I keep trying, I’m guessing it’s the motor

I am trying to replace the window switch on the drivers side of a 2014 RDX, it is very similar to the car you are working on in the video. I have the 3 tabs loose on the arm rest but it will not lift out. It seems to be a solid piece that has the molded plastic go back and under the armrest. Do I need to take the whole door panel off? I have removed the plastic triangle and the 2 Phipps acres from the door lever and broke free the body panels but something is stopping it from releasing.
What is the simplest way to replace the drivers side window switch? Thank you

The window switch panel must be removed . Under that is another screw thats holding the center of the door panel on..on this car there is another clip inside the curve part and like in your car, it might be the thing holding it in

I have broken glass inside the door behind the part you said was the water seal and the foam piece. I got the window replaced by a repair shop but clearly they didn't get the broken glass out inside there. Is it safe to remove and put back without special glue or tools? I can't seem to find any videos on it

Most of the time the sticky stuff stays sticky and can be re used, otherwise duct tape can be used also after you vacuum up the broken glass.

So my driver door dosent work in or out on my 2014 Altima , I seen a view videos on how to dis assemble , you think I’ll be able to remove my door panel without having to open my car door?

The problem I see is going to be with the seat in the way..on a different car,I removed the seat nuts from underneath the car and tilted the whole seat towards the back area to give me room..you might need to do that in order not to break anything and to get the door panel off in 1 piece.

@@alyoungcuda long story short , before I owned the car the driver door was kicked repeatedly so there’s a dent on the door Im hoping once I remove the panel I’ll be able to put everything back in place but most likely some damaged parts

@@uchie3702 its possible a clip broke off the lock mechanism for the lock and unlock portion and not the inside and outside door handle part of the lock.
