You are also right because it work for mine all you got to do is turn it 8 times and it will program it but if you want to program both of them at the same time you have to do both of the remotes at the same time so that means you can have them laying on the seat and after you do it 8 times you hit both of them on the lock and the unlock thank you

Wow this whole time I could of had a key fob
I'm not sure how, but I got my on/off beeper working again. I think I mainly did it by pushing the alarm on and off button at the same time. Hope this works for someone else. I'm kind of anal about my alarm because I don't lock my doors and they don't lock automatically when the system is alarmed. Instead I rely on the flashing blue light on the dash to warn others that the alarm is on. If the door is opened when the system is on the alarm is very loud. The alarm guy who installed the system said that some people just buy the flashing blue light which is enough to keep the bad guys away at night. So far, I've never had a theft from my vehicle. I also don't leave valuable stuff on display on the seats for others to see.
For future people ... don't get overly happy and kill the ign. hit the lock button on the first, hit the lock on the second THEN you can get all happy and kill the ign and turn it back on(as the video) and both should work.

@@janicehaigler9340 When you go to the car, the absolute moment you hit the ign to run, you got a mere 10 seconds to flick from (accessory back to on 8 times). You gotta be quick BUT do not turn the ign all the way off. On your eighth time you should end at the on position(not accessory). From there you should be able to program.

Thank You Thank You Thank You it just worked for me too today it happened to me and called Insurance to have the help get into car that had locked keys in the car for 5hrs. I had an old one from the Manufacturer that never worked thought was broke son put a new battery and it showed red light so we knew something else was wrong. And we did what you did and now it unlocks.... Whoo hoo ;)

For a push start. Hold lock and unlock at same time . Hold it down till lights blink. Then hold till lights blink and then make sure it works porperly.

Is there a way to reprogram my second key to be recognised by immobilizer? Key was working fine but i tried to take radio out by bit of force and the key stopped working. I have other key that only locks car manualy. And the button on starting key doesnt work.

I also have an aftermarket fob. MY car is a Chevy spark 2005. Do I follow the same principle? The new after market fob has only one button same as my old one

Wonder if this would work on my 2018 Kia soul, have a manual key from the locksmith and just got fobs from online, trying it tonight to see if it works

I found a fob that I had and I did the eight key turns and it worked. The only downside is the key fob that I was already using quit working. So I just reprogrammed my original Fob. So apparently you can only have one at a time that works

Worked for my 2006 Ford Escape. I programmed both controllers. The weird thing is, my wife's 2015 Ford Escape also unlocks my car. Whe she locks her car, my car locks. It never used to do this until I programmed my controller.

Tried it on my Ford Taurus totally fried my battery my ECU change that 2 weeks later the alternator now the AC has stopped working so definitely going to say does not work in all cars

First of all, you don't have to hold the remote close to the key. 2nd, you turned the key after the door locks activated so I don't believe this will work on any car. The FOB has to be made for the brand of the car it is being paired with. I know some Nissan's will pair this same way though, because I paired my Nissan remotes with my Nissan Altima. But they are the ones that are made for that car. I have some older remotes for a Nissan that I might try this with, but I doubt they will work on that car.

Tend to try to rip you off as far as these new car things - years ago back in the day 1960’s we didn’t have one ! If you lost your key you could go anywhere and get a key made if was inky a few dollars
Plus you could get your neighbor to change your oil or do it yourself

Just lost my key fob today at work. The price that attaches to the keychain broke apart. Was stressing having to buy a whole new alarm system. Now I guess I just need a new key fob

If I have any problems, including a dead FOB battery, I just return to my alarm guy and he fixes things on the spot. To install a new FOB battery he only charges $2.50. To get my beeper working again he doesn't charge anything. I highly recommend him to everyone I can.
