The daughter literally said that she wouldn’t have a relationship with her dad regardless of the results, yet Steve acts like the dad is bad for accepting it. It’s not that he doesn’t want a relationship with his daughter and grand children, he’s just defeated. If you were accused of this when you were innocent, you would be defeated too. And the daughter has these “memories” yet let the same person watch her kids? She’s either lying or she’s easily manipulated by her other side of the family

I think that weired looking daughter has been nothing but hell. She didn't look very happy when the dad almost mentioned her prison stints. She's trying to make sure that she can keep using him to the max. If I was the father, I would say go to hell. He looks tired and fed up. Sometimes, we can do our best, but our children are not going to do their best for us. She needs help. By her appearance alone that's obvious. As hurtful as it would be, I hope he packs up, moves far away and has nothing to do with her, or he would have to watch his back the rest of his life, because this woman seems like she's got mental issues, and she's vindictive and manipulative. That daughter is something else. She came to be sure he didn't then comes out with ridiculous accusations about watching adult material but wants to be sure he isn't a creep.. if all she said happened without the results he wouldn't be around my kids. (at that age we do not know better?) He was the one who was supposed to raise her and make her feel safe. There most likely a long story behind why she would do this, and I just hope it gets investigator where it is :) She exaggerated... but we don't know the home life she comes from. Let's not judge but try to maybe understand. Not once did he cry or reach out to hug her... I just think it's a sad situation.

So if i was him i would stay away too i wouldnt run the risk of her coaching her kids like someone likely did to her and she said in the end if hes stays around them and if the kids say grandpa is doing something bad to them that shes gonna put him through hell which is normal when someone hurts kids but he proved hes never hurt them so of course he rather stay away and move on hes gonna be walking on egg shells STILL. i have a child but if i went through what he did i would stay away too im giving anyone the chance to say i did things i didnt. I think that her mind has been poisoned all these years about her dad and has trained her own mind to believe the lies she was told about him and is too embarrassed to admit that she is wrong out of misguided loyalty to her family members! Reality is each of our own experiences, perspectives perceptions in our minds.. like the phrase “my mind is playing tricks on me”- fear and other emotions can alter our perception of things/events
A good example of this is when a crime happens and all the witnesses are questioned. Each one can see it differently, yet all of their statements still be true. Based on our own past experiences we view the world differently, each focus on different aspects & details- and all of those together can paint a clear picture of what happened
But I agree, she must’ve been told that a lot to believe it all, like it seems that she does believe he is the one who did that and is trying to protect her kids from going through it..
hopefully she doesn’t repeat the cycle of putting those ideas in her kids heads
My cousin went to counseling, she ended up with a butt load of hypno memories, these's 8 kids never separated, definitely it can be false memories. 🤷 I pray it never happened to anyone.

Exactly it sounds like a lot of the studies on Illusory truth effect and False memory syndrome, The family know the original fact of the doctor saying she had something happen and I think they’re so stuck on it being him that she’s grown up with all the added stories and twisting things like having porn in the house turned into watching it with him and over years she has been told so many times that it becomes a memory. The original case of False memory syndrome was very very similar to this exact story

I think the daughter needs to wake up and look at who put those thoughts in her head to tell her that he was a bad father to her. Because it's not fair that she's holding something against him after he passed the lie detector test that's wrong. And she's not even grateful that he passed she wasn't even happy he passed that's the saddest thing.
She need to look at those nuts that's on her mom's side of the family. If all of this stuff happened to her, why would she let him be a part of her life and let him be around the kids? She said she slept in the bed with him until she was 17 but didn't think anything was wrong with that but she can't remember if he touched her. You could tell he was being truthful, so relaxed about it. She needs to get her head back on as family is family and he is innocent. I think she has false or implanted (by family) memories. I recommend a hypnotherapist!

I would be interested in the other side of the family coming and taking tests about who made up and told her exactly what. Especially curious if someone told her about the memories she has. This does definitely happen, I have seen it. A little girl was almost convinced by her step mother and father that his own mother (her grandmother) had done this same type of thing. In the end the father and step mom were charged with child abuse and the grandmother was cleared twice by police.

Of she was more upset I feel people likely would've taken her side but sense she was put together folks are upset at her. When someone says something bad happened I feel it's best to believe them unless it truly sounds impossible. I feel she wouldn't need to make up a full story just not to see her dad when she is a fully grown adult with kids and simply could have cut him out. And i'm sure she wouldn't waste money and likely take time away from her job to go on this show if nothing had happened that made her not trust her dad enough to not see her kids. There are just so much things here that I could not see someone going through so much work to prove something happened when it never happened.

So if you have cameras in your house and he is never alone with the kids, then how did he manage to touch both of them? I agree with the dad on this. He came to the show to prove to her, her family and the world that he has never done the things that he's been accused of. The daughter pretty much said that nothing is going to change and that she doesn't want him around. I would leave her alone too. She's not a minor. If she feels that him not being in her life will bring her peace, then so be it.
Why is it always when the guy passes the test, Steve still finds a way to try to paint them out to be the bad guy. He cleared his name. Only time I don’t , would be if I wanna be on the phone with a guy exclusively or if my father has a FRIEND staying the night, my Dads room is very comfortable for me, so that’s where I fall asleep, there’s nothing wrong with it UNLESS YOUR FATHER IS A CREEP‼️‼️💯💯💯 In my case , my father is my protector so I will never have to worry about something like this… so I’m comfortable with sleeping in HIS bed, otherwise I’m in the guest bedroom.

I think that weired looking daughter has been nothing but hell. She didn't look very happy when the dad almost mentioned her prison stints. She's trying to make sure that she can keep using him to the max. If I was the father, I would say go to hell. He looks tired and fed up. Sometimes, we can do our best, but our children are not going to do their best for us. She needs help. By her appearance alone that's obvious. As hurtful as it would be, I hope he packs up, moves far away and has nothing to do with her, or he would have to watch his back the rest of his life, because this woman seems like she's got mental issues, and she's vindictive and manipulative. Because she is likely a liar. He passed and never did anything. Why did she take a test to prove she didnt make it up? Because I'm betting she did. And women who make up false allegations should lose custody and vee criminally charged.
