They may not be entirely evil (since we don't know the full extent of their business), but it's definitely clear that his clan isn't on the good side in the slightest.
All the Li'l Ultimates are named after classes (E.g. Li'l Ultimate PE, Li'l Ultimate Homeroom), so if Nagisa is the Li'l Ultimate Assassin, does that mean there's an... Assassination Classroom?
