Just came across this channel a few weeks ago and have been binge watching the back catalogue. I love it. Red Green meets Bill Murray. The boat builds specifically remind me of some of the "Handyman Corner" builds on the Red Green show where he would make a boat out of air mattresses, or drain pipe, or just full furnish a boat complete with recliner and TV. Except here I get to see the build put in into action. I love the catch and cook too; keep 'em coming! To quote Mr. Green himself; "Now sit back, relax, and prepare to for a whole hour of grown men goofing off. If you've never heard of such a thing, ask your wife, she has."
Hopefully this video does great, this and the Jet Jon video are two of my favorite things you've done on the channel and exactly the kind of stuff I want to see more of!
Just a note to all. Don't try this with your regular outboard. These are air cooled engines so the prop can run in or out of the water. Regular outboards (aside from really small and cheap Chinese ones⚡😵💫 wink, wink) are liquid cooled and rely on the outdrive being in the water to supply water (coolant) to the engine. No water, cooked engine, ruined water pump. I hope I save somebody some money! 🥰 (They will probably cover this in the video. I'm @12:23.)
