I love the jewelry stand. How creative. I really liked all the DIY's but the jewelry stand was a surprise. I thought the spindle was going to the pole and the dowels would be used to hold the jewelry. It is so much better the way you did it. It looks like a sculpture and a functional piece.

One of my friends and I made those, she had spindles left over from a porch railing. Everybody wanted a pair and I have been collecting spindles ever since. I cannot pass a chair or table someone has put out for trash without checking for unusual shaped legs etc. Also, I found that Lowes and Home Depot have "scrap" spindles that were maybe cut to the wrong length or has a flaw and they are usually less than $2. I so enjoyed this video and your sweet personality that I immediately subscribed.
Love all of them, my favorite is the tassels! Clever! Tonight I had my hubby stop on the side of the road and take the legs off of a twin sized bed for a project, so imagine my surprise to see this! Thank you

I Love what you do,but girl!!! Holding onto the spindle while you are drilling down into it is SO dangerous. Take it from someone who knows. Those kinds of injuries to your hands are difficult to recover from. Put your spindle in a clamp when you drill, please!
