I was taught that "Do you have-" is avez vous, why is it Vous avez in here?

Bonjour Veroveren. You are 100% right that "do you have" is translated in French by "avez-vous". However, these conversations are meant to show normal dialogue and it is very common in spoken French to use the affirmative form and simply raise the pitch of your voice at the end of the sentence. You can also add "est-ce que" before the affirmative form. Here are three acceptable forms:
      1. Avez-vous une réservation?
      2. Est-ce que vous avez une réservation?
      3. Vous avez une réservation? (when spoken)
In our full program, we have lots of grammar lessons explaining how to shape a question in French. Hope that helps!

Could you slow down the voice speed of every first time , it's too fast to listen carefully.
