Just a suggestion: I'm French and I don't think the best word for "purple" is "mauve". We usually use "violet" instead of "mauve".
Thank you for your suggestion. Yes, colors can be tricky sometimes, it seems like people use different words more frequently depending on their region. However, we chose to use "mauve" as the translation of "purple", because "violet" is the same in English. Thanks again!

Hi, can I know what the differences between the word in blue and red?
Thank you for your message. The color of the letters indicates the gender of the words. Masculine words are written in blue lettering and feminine words are written in red. You'll notice also that masculine words are recorded by a male speaker and feminine words are recorded by a female speaker. :)
