Hi N3, a few points of nuance which I’ve experienced myself using these two brands together. The midi (normal) size beads fuse just fine together. That said if you use the same color from Both brands (like black for instance) you will notice a slightly different “sheen/shine” to them giving a difference in appearance of texture. However this was a happy accident and works well if you need to use the same color in different places; say for example one in the hair and another for clothing or fabric. TopTier doe NOT recommend using the Minis together however as they have a different melting point and are sized differently. I however have done so with the minis. Thanks Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much! That is very interesting. I’ll have to try that out myself. I’m sure it does become a very interesting look for the project. Thanks for the kind words and for tuning into the video! Stay tuned for more comparisons to come. 😎👍🏻 Happy beading! - Ryan
Managed to fuse Horizon Group USA beads, IKEA Pyssla, Michaels Creatology beads, Dollarama (Canada) beads, Perler beads together. Any combination of them.
Cool! Interesting bead brands! I’ve never even heard of them. Very neat. Good to know they all work well together! Might have to showcase them on the channel. ✅ Thanks for your comment! 😎👍🏻
