Just to clarify. You still cant remove the axle assembly as a hole. You have to disassemble the ujoint while its in the machine still. You said you can unbolt it and it will slide it. It does not..
Curious. How did you remove the inner ujoint? I have a premature ujoint failure on the passenger side whereas the rest is fine. Just hoping to change the inner ujoint only this time around
Best thing to do is go on Rocky Mountain atv Mc and look under oem parts. They were $80 each when I did this probably more now but do not use aftermarket they fail after a year.

Yeah i mean you remove the u joint from the axle to diff and it comes out..... i've done it about 4 times now. since 2007.

The one up in the axle? Have to take the one closest to the diff apart. Just removed the retaining clips and used an air hammer to disassemble

I have a 3010. How do you know when they need to be replaced? My mule is louder than when it was new and it’s not the muffler. Thanks
