And because not everyone in low elo has seen him they don’t know how to handle it. You can play harbor as a freakin duelist if you want to. Throw that orb onto site, wall up, cascade off a point and plant that damn bomb. He’s also obtrusive as fuck on retakes. I have 3 walls and one of them I can freehand anywhere. And I can drop a shield like a sage wall but in half the time. It is exhilarating when you get a team that is willing to play around you. It’s almost unfair at times. You can literally shove people off sites unless it’s a cypher or a sage. Not to mention how comforting it is for a duelist to flash out behind a cascade. If you’re having trouble on smokes PLAY HARBOR! In my opinion he’s more dynamic than even omen. He’s a literal menace in clutch situations because of his kit. I can isolate 3 fights in a completely open area. And I didn’t even mention the absolute machine harbor becomes with a viper.

He didn't even watch door for anyone so there isn't a reason why he should be there. if omen covered right he'd be able to trade if jett got targetted by anyone heaven and vice versa. he also could have been fast enough to peak the sky at the same time and not have to risk jett dying.
