  • John Cutting completed back-to-back tours of Northern Ireland during the height of The Troubles in the early 1970s. It was an experience he’s never been able to forget.
Struggling with crippling PTSD, his life spiralled downwards to the point where suicide seemed the only way out.
    But then he discovered art.
Now, thanks to the support of military charities, he's found a way of managing his mental health and has become a successful sculptor.
Please take a few minutes to listen to his story.
