over 500 people in this one!! this one was PACKED with great info!! I think you are getting faster and faster at answering all those questions!! And thanks for answering mine.
thanks for the Q&A. I just started to explore places to retire to (wanting to get away from the snow) and Panama is on my list cause all the articles keep pointing to Panama as one of the top places to retire to, but it seems like a scary place to live when I start researching. For people who live as expats in Panama, do you feel safe? What are the safest and most beautiful areas to live on a pension---for a good quality of life in Panama? Could I hang out at the beach or walk the dog out of my home safely ? Do I need to worry about healthy food safe practices in dinning? what about food I buy, is the diet based on a western diet, is the food imported or local? Is the meat imported from USA or local? After watching numerous videos I am still wondering why people actually move there instead of other areas in the world? does living in Panama raise your quality of living or is it just for cheaper living? So far I am hearing... cheaper than USA/Canada , convenient for USA expats, easy resident visa, lower taxes, most like USA, nice beach, cheap healthcare. Disadvantages: very crowded, increased risk of diseases, Dirty/garbage, high traffic, very noisy and loud and increased safety issues/crime and travel around Panama may be questionable. Love to hear some further comments.
I missed the live stream but maybe someone here can answer a question. When she talks aobut minimum income, is it gross or net. And is it in US dollars or currency of your home country.?
??? Right now I have $1,150 retirement from the government, in a year that will be reduced by $180.00, will that reduction disqualify me for pensionada visa in the future
@@BJHuntsr your net retirement income must be $1000 per month to qualify for the Pensionado visa. Send me an email. We have Medicare agents who can reduce the $180 so you will still qualify and still have full Medicare coverage. Info@PanamaRelocationTours.com

Happy New year I'm ready to relocate for a better way of life I'm not yet retired
Do they still require you to have Covid vax to get a retirement visa or medical insurance?
@@Bluebird-farm you do not need any vaccines to get a visa. Some insurances still require a covid vaccine, but not all.

@@aaronnarsavage3640 she said in the video it was net income. You have to show net deposit.
NOT gross but NET

Right now I have $1,150 retirement income, in a year that will be reduced by $180, will that reduction be a problem for me in the future
@@BJHuntsr yes that reduction of $180 will be a problem. You would not be able to apply for a visa if your net income is less than $1000.
