    6:13 if Someone were to never use the dual motor feature, they should just get the Vsett9, not the + version. It’s the same thing, just without the dual motor feature. 👍

    I unboxed my 9+ a bit over an hour ago. I was reluctant to get on it at first because the controls gave me an impression I needed to study its operating instructions for a while beforehand. But it's set up right out of the box to get an easy start with it. Now, I want to go only to places where I can ride on this scooter.

      Have u had any flat tires

    • @digitalscribbler68
      @digitalscribbler68 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adityashaligram6741 flat tires are definitely a problem with this scooter. What review sites don't mention, and maybe they don't understand it, is that a pneumatic tire mounted on a hub with an electric motor inside it is subjected to more heat than the tire and tube materials are meant to tolerate. The tubes and tires are made of the same rubber used for bicycle tires and tubes, which don't need to withstand this kind of heating. The tubes particularly are a problem, as they are cheaply made, they are undersized and need to stretch more to fill the space inside the tire, which seems to contribute to leakage issues, and they tend to fail quickly when ridden faster than 15 to 18 mph. The Hota brand tires originally provided on my scooter are quite bad and should be replaced as soon as possible with TUOVT brand tires. Some riders use the solid tires, but they are too hard -- they give poor traction and are not safe at speeds faster than 15mph. If you are limited to slower speeds because of poor tires, then why buy a scooter with so much power?

    I have the 9+R and the 8+, both in 21AH version .. the 9+R is really a dream. Only bad thing, the factory installed inner tubes are bad and gave up within 20KM range. The first the guys at the store swapped but why do we have youtube :) to see how to change tyres on this estep, so after the rear was flattened and replaced, a few km further the front flattened .. I replaced the inner tube and can only say, what a dream estep ... just some good advice, make sure you have some inner tubes and don't be surprised when you run flat ..

    • @GunnrMan
      @GunnrMan ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What inner tubes do you recommend? I don’t wanna deal with too many flats as this is already an expensive scooter.

    Currently on a 2020 Kaabo Mantis Pro, love how it handles at low-medium (I usually ride it at 20-45kph) speed. It's hefty but still quite nimble in traffic and if you're not careful it'll slide right under you if you don't feather the throttle trigger. I do wish that it had sine wave controllers and an IPX6 rating at least, but those are my only two complaints. Love the feeling of effortlessly zipping around town no matter how many speed bumps, potholes, or uphill climbs I come accross.
    I wish I could loan these Vsett scooters some day and give them a go for a day or two.

    E-TWOW GT 2020. Light and convenient. I need ultra-portable with range and hill-climbing ability and nothing else comes close. I previously (very briefly) had a Xiaomi pro, but the show-stopper for me was that it couldn’t get up the hill I live at the top of. My E-TWOW gets me up the hill no problem (just a bit slower than on the flat) and it is lighter, goes further and charges faster that the Xiaomi. Also, I like that it has suspension over Xiaomi’s inflatable tyres. I don’t want the flat tyres. My main gripes are that they took cruise control away and it is not rain rated.

      10+ here with 25Ah LG battery (1500Wh). I get at best 30 miles unless i drive very slow (>20 mph) where i can get around 40-55 miles depending on up/downhill.
      Their range is not exceptional, especially if you love to accelerate like a maniac and do longer 30-50 km/h runs.
      I personally also run my 10+ mainly in Gear 1 (35-40 km/h), sometimes in Gear 2 (45-52 km/h) and rarely in Sport Mode (those 2 minutes). There is no need or even a wish to drive faster than 50 km/h, at least not without gear/helmet to look "legit" as if its a 25 km/h scooter.

    I have a 9+ and it's my daily for getting to and from the bus and train, as well as being uber useful for those previously annoying little trips to get some milk or a few groceries. However, I'd love to see you guys test a Rion, just to see what you think of it, and where the e-scooter technology could go in the next few years. Cheers.

      How do you find getting on bus and train? Do you think it’s worth getting the + over the standard single motor model? Thanks

    I've owned and ridden the E-TWOW (Electric two wheels), Minimotors Speedway IV and my first, and still my current scooter, the IMAC S1+. The E-TWOW was the lightest and most convenient, the Minimotors was the fastest by far but the QC was dreadful and my Imac S1+ is still my favourite. It has no suspension, preferring instead to use big 10" inflatable tyres, no front brake and no regen, however, the build quality is exceptional, it will do 20+ m.p.h. and has a genuine range of 22 miles on the flat with no headwind. The steering column has no flex and it weighs in at 38 lbs. The board is made of wood and is big enough to use any stance you want, side-by-side or in tandem. It's a great, uncomplicated scooter and I'm confident it will be good for many years to come.

    To be fair I don't think the price is unreasonable for a quality scooter like that. I will definitely try to get a test ride on one.
