Good call on adding Demeo battles. Also original Demeo has AR mode as well. Both are great but I prefer to use straight up VR as it's way more immersive and dare I say "cozy".
Demeo Battles in MR has been nice for quick 15 minute scrimmages with friends. In 2 more days Square's Triangle Strategy drops. It was good enough while squinting at the Switch's screen. But having it blown up in MR floating in front of me while curled up in a big, warm blanket on the couch this chilly fall seems MUCH more enticing. Time for some replay marathon sessions to earn that golden ending.
That skyrunner app looks cool. With just a little imagination, using the same control scheme, this concept could be used to make a modern day Zaxxon in VR. Can you imagine that? Flying through those force field gates, shooting the tanks and missiles and eventually the boss battles in VR inside your own space!
Shooting lasers at your wife at the very moment she ´ s complaining about the pile of dirty dishes, just because she ´ s in between an horde of zombies is just priceless 😂
That's why I wanted to make this list because there are so many great mixed reality titles starting to pop up that get overlooked. If you like these 10 be sure to check out the link in the description to my full article where I have 24 of our favorite experiences listed.
I bought Last Stand yesterday and refunded it later that night. Its fun and a awesome start.... great idea too. Good price also......but ill come back to it when its more fleshed out
I don't know that the MR adds much to track craft. The room mapping can't accurately determine flat surfaces and you can't seem to edit them to be flat, so that carpet and tables behave more like the surface of the moon than race tracks. And the room scanning doesn't have the fidelity to discern individual objects to make them collision/occlusion obstacles, and I haven't found a way to put fake MR collision blocks where my ketchup and knives and forks are so I could do a micromachines style track around my dining table. It's a great idea, but feels limited by the current state of the hardware/scanning software. Don't get me wrong it's a fun game, and I have some happy hours playing it trying to find creative routes to shave 10ths off time. But the MR is possibly the weakest bit of the game for me so far. And I would love it if the game modelled your room such that when you scaled down into the first person mode, your room got preserved and made huge, like you had be shrunk down to antman proportions. But again, the scanning and hardware probably prevent this level of ambition for the game. ❤
I would love it if you could have real time object tracking so you could pick up and place real world obstacles whilst you and a friend were racing. Again, it's my unrealistic expectations and future hopes way way exceeding what is currently possible or included in this game! Maybe ideas for Track craft 2 though? ❤

I sadly didn't know about most of those which is too bad because there are some really cool ones!

I think eleven table tennis is the most glaring omission for me.

Awesome list! Hope you can try out Squat Algorithm in Mixed Reality too for free!
It's an honor to make the list with Airspace Defender -- thank you! 🫡
I'm surprised Track Craft wasn't on the list. It's one of my favorite MR games.
It may be YOUR favorite, but it's not THEIR favorite 😘
Thrill of the fight is really cool in MR.
Thank you so much for including Guardian of Realms! We have sooooooooo much more coming before the end of the year. 🤩🤩
I would add Silent Slayer, Espire 2, Cubism and Synth Riders.
Love it!
How is Track Craft not on this list?!?! You guys are huffin something 😂🤣
