There's no way in hell Jimmy Brooks is alive after calling out Arthur in Valentine. The gang just lost 2 members and have to hide in the mountains almost dying because of Blackwater, there's no way Arthur would let loose ends line this ...
a massive issue with arthur fans is thinking hes a amazing man arthur is the best fictional character ever but he isnt a good man in the start hes a cold heartless killer but after getting tb he gets a heart and seeks for *redemption*
True, and Arthur is aggressive and seems to have a temper, so he, to me, would be a violent drunk. Which is proven when he tries to fight that guy near Lenny
fun fact: the drunk guy in lenny's quiet time mission if you wait and let him talk a lil longer you can unlock an option to slam his head into the table. no way he is charming him hes 100% gonna beat the idiot
@germania2276I agree. I think there’s a reason why the charm option appears first. Arthur’s not inebriated (yet), so he can reason that he doesn’t want to get Lenny in trouble. My guess is that waiting causes Arthur to lose his temper with the guy, and the fight becomes available.
I agree with all the choices you chose, there are many people who say Arthur is a bad person and after tb he becomes good, others who say that he is a hero and a great man, but he obviously is a good man deep inside, he just acts like he thinks he has to act (or like he is been taught to act) to survive in that world, and he doesn't like to show his feelings with anyone till his last days, you can read his journal and see Arthur open himself. And no, getting diagnosed with TB didn't make Arthur a good person, it just made him realize that the way he was acting all this time (avoiding to think too much as he says) would make people he loved die. At least thats how i understand the character.
Please remember that Arthur didn’t even think about trying to be a better person until after his diagnosis with the odd exception here and there it’s most likely he would do dishonorable things most of the time before then
At the same time it wouldve been more suspicious if Arthur killed a man he chased out of the town especially that the whole town witnessed him chasing him
5:22 You can’t drown Jeb, I tried you just can’t do it. So dunk the hell out of him, it won’t affect the mission at all. Only thing it will change is that Jeb doesn’t hit you.
People really don't know what a outlaw is. They miss so much good dialogs with low honor. It's redemption. He supposed to change at the end. His name is Arthur Morgan. Not Peter Parker through the whole game. Smh
People really don't know what staying quiet and letting people play the game how they like is. Nobody asked to have this dialogue with you. It's choices. You're supposed to make the choices that lead to the end. His name is Arthur Morgan. Not Gary Lewis who gets to tell other people how to play the game they bought. Smh
Being an outlaw doesn't automatically make you a shitty human being. Yeah, it's about redemption but even a good Arthur has done some shitty things, especially over the course of the story. Hell, Arthur makes it a point to state how Dutch/the gang encouraged them to help folks back in the day. How they'd give out money they stole, robin hood style. Half the gang is filled with people who were down on their luck before they joined the gang. They're bad men, but they aren't all bad men.

Nah, Arthur in chapters 2-4 is not a good man. He would not be as good a man as you made him seem like. Chapter 6 he would definitely be better, but he would not be saving people like Jimmy Brooks and having meaningful talks with the Chelonians in chapter 2
