It's two parts Vaseline 1 part flour and the more foundation you use the harder it is to work with. Put that on after the scar is in place do ur cut and then blend your make-up to it.
How would you measure that in cups..?😅 just to know because I’m preparing for halloween and instead of buying the actual wax I want to know how to do it properly

I think you got it backwards. When I used those measurements, it was way too sticky still.

I never used a wax like that. Mostly what I do is liquid latex, cotton balls, toilet paper and for bigger cuts and lacerations paper towels. I have used women's makeup to soften the edges and for the deep colors in the deepest part of the cut. I do like how you can make your gashes, cuts, abrasions and burns a little easier but again I use liquid latex Mostly and have excellent results

About liquid latex: To people who have latex allergies applying liquid latex could be life threatening. Also people can have a latex allergy and not know it .
People should definitely do a small patch of latex before using it for stuff like this, to test it out.
Yeah, always a good idea to do small tests for anything that is meant to go on your skin :)
If I don’t have that kind of flour ..can I use rice flour or other kinds instead?
Yes I think it should work. Start with a small batch just to make sure !

Ok I tried it but why it doesn't dry on the skin?😭 Like it should stay this way??? It gets ruin then if I suddenly touch that spotttt!!!

It will melt at warm temperatures
use any skin adhesive to have the wax stick better!!
Yes! I mention that. You forsure need latex, spirit gum or prosaid for additional stick!

Adhesive will not help that much, as the vaseline will repel any adhesive. You can see as she scrapes it off.
Strange question, I’m sure but would this be pliable, similar to silicone mold for resin?
This will not store well at all. The flour will mold. If you make it, only make a small amount.

No it won’t bc it has Vaseline
Thank you for sharing have one question- do I need to apply a spirit gum on the skin before applying the putty? I understand it drop off if swearing occurs. Any solution for that?

It doesn't really dry. I put liquid latex over it once I apply and that helps set it.

no weird smell or changes, just make sure to keep it clean in a tight container
(I made a decent amount)
