Debunkers, from what I've heard, the idea of consent being withdrawn at any time pertains to the idea that a woman can say she was raped in a sexual encounter that happened at anytime in her past, regardless of how long ago it happened or the fact that she consented to it at the time of the encounter. That way of thinking is, in my opinion, wrong, as consent should only be withdrawn while the encounter is taking place, not after, and I hope that is the true way every human speaks on this topic.
You would think, but sadly that isn't the case. Yes, some women take time to report an actual rape out of fear, but some women do also retract their consent retroactively. Granted, I don't know any, or at least can't remember any specifically, but it has happened.
That can't be how consent works in a rational world. If I sign a contract that's consenting to the terms -- I can't just retroactively unconsent from that. Same goes for sex.
I have no proof for it or against it, all I can say is do what you can to inform those you care about so that this sort of "hypothetical" doesn't cause guys to stay even further away from relationships than they already do.

I'm from philly and my neighborhood has had a huge Mexican injection of people, but they're a welcome addition to the neighborhood, they work, it's a lot if families and they're probably all catholic, 2 new stores have opened and they're adding value to the neighborhood, Mexicans/Americans have a the same values as the core, and they're happy to be here, they're genuinely grateful I think and they're taking advantage of the opportunity to work for a better life, they celebrate the 4th of July l, they watch the Eagles, they've definitely assimilated into the culture of our neighborhood and have been a welcome addition

That stat on 4:56 is bull poop, because it assumes that each population is evenly distributed throughout the country, when in reality most illegals cluster in a select few states. In those states, they make up a disproportionate number of incarcerations
it's still a bad precident to set. lets say you have a country of 10,000 people. 9000 Saiyans and 1000 Kryptonians. roughly 200 violent crimes are committed. Annually Now the Saiyan population averages 120 of those violent crimes. and the Kryptonians committ the remaining 80. Well That effectibvely means that a mere 10% of the population is responsible for 40% of that location's violent crime. and 90% are responsible for 60% It's not wrong to point out this crime discrepancy, because it may have it's orgins in something cultural, or economic. You dont have to use these statistics to beat somebody on the head with an inferior stick. I for one find them a good reason to learn about the human condistion and adjuust accordingly. Meaning that both cultures learn from eachother.

In places like Germany the AoC is 14... In many places in The States it's 16; however, (not completely sure here) I heard somewhere that when teens have sex with each other it's a really awkward legal situation because by technicality they are guilty of raping each other (something about minors' inability to give consent, regardless of context)... I believe this to be true because 17 year olds can get in legal trouble for things like this if people care enough to pursue legal action. This is a really intriguing concept to me, and if anyone cares to correct me or inform me further I'd appreciate it...

Hence, if a 17-year-old has sex with a 14-year-old, then yes, that's Statutory Rape. And if an 18-year-old has sex with a 14-year-old, that's an even clearer case of Statutory Rape.

I've always found it so odd when people go on about how honest illegal immigrants are, when the people they are talking about are committing a crime every second.

I'm from philly and my neighborhood has had a huge Mexican injection of people, but they're a welcome addition to the neighborhood, they work, it's a lot if families and they're probably all catholic, 2 new stores have opened and they're adding value to the neighborhood, Mexicans/Americans have a the same values as the core, and they're happy to be here, they're genuinely grateful I think and they're taking advantage of the opportunity to work for a better life, they celebrate the 4th of July l, they watch the Eagles, they've definitely assimilated into the culture of our neighborhood and have been a welcome addition

That stat on 4:56 is bull poop, because it assumes that each population is evenly distributed throughout the country, when in reality most illegals cluster in a select few states. In those states, they make up a disproportionate number of incarcerations

Well That effectibvely means that a mere 10% of the population is responsible for 40% of that location's violent crime. and 90% are responsible for 60%
It's not wrong to point out this crime discrepancy, because it may have it's orgins in something cultural, or economic. You dont have to use these statistics to beat somebody on the head with an inferior stick. I for one find them a good reason to learn about the human condistion and adjuust accordingly.
