Best recipe. Many top chefs' recipes I viewed, they make it too complicated... yours was the simple and best. I didnt use sombu.. I took ¾ cup of paruppu and ¾cup of rice.. total 1½ cups of paruppu + rice..water 5 glasses.. it was excellent. Thanks for the wonderful recipe..
