Good video but just a comment regarding the freedom in regards to the London Stream. Unless you opt for doing the O Levels or A Levels privately ( with private tuition or a small scale tuition centre) you will not have so much freedom as suggested in the video. Most International Schools have a strict pathway very similar to that of the local schools. ( grade 1 - 8 then O levels then A levels). Strict schools will not even let you sit for A Levels unless you have passed your O Levels in that subject. The only difference really is the end result. If you do London O / A Levels you will not be able to enter Local Universities as they have an extremely limited quota for Foreign (syllabus educated ) Students. That and the entire syllabus for London stream is conducted in English. This is from my own experience and knowledge of the standards in London Syllabus / International Schools in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Very helpful, thankyou But what is your opinion about doing only int. OLs or Local OLs and going to a university in another country. Is it better to do int. OLs or Local OLs ?
And also sir. It has different of subjects for combined maths compared to local A/L. How do we find the same subjects from cambridge A/l to local A/L ?
@@limelemon123 This is not something I can answer coz I'm not a subject expert or know anyone with the know how. But, improving your English is important for Edex/Camb exams regardless of the stream. I'd suggest you go through the syllabuses of Edex/Camb and identify which one to take first. Then, spend time studying them straight away without wasting time going back to OL or pre-OL lessons. You might have to study a little longer than another person but that should be no prob.
The best comparison between the local and international ever👍
Helped me a lot.
Thank you.
You're welcome

All depends on their requirements and acceptance. That's why it's essential to plan and check your future in advance
