This tv show is based on the video game Fallout. Fallout stars Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean, Aaron Moten as Maximus and Walton Goggins as Cooper Howard.

Snip-Snip was a personalized Mr. Handy which in the games are basically robot butlers. There's a lot of them out in the wasteland, some recalibrated by wastelanders. In the games, a lot of them are harmless, some are helpful, a few can be companions. They also make for nice target practice and XP farming.
Roger is turning into a feral Ghoul. His brain is starting to rot away. Soon he would be an organic landmine. Just sitting there until someone comes along and the vibrations of footsteps or the sound of voices would send him into a killing frenzy. With some ghouls this process of becoming feral can be immediate or take decades or centuries. To some it may not even happen at all, maybe. Also Ghouls heal from radiation.
No those are songs you would hear on the radio.....in the 1950s.
What the tv is showing was called the mouse utopia experiments and they were actual experiments to see what the results of overcrowding were.
The voice of Snip-Snip is Matt Berry who's also in a TV series called What We Do In The Shadows.

the songs are real songs! A bunch of them were in the game, but they're actual old songs :D
3:20 we don't see many other ghouls in the TV series certainly because they cost in terms of special effects and make up, just as we don't see other types of power armor other than the T-60 nor many other mutant animals, while in video games there are many different types
