Good thought Mariam. I'll definitely look into making a video with that in mind. Keep checking back. If you have any other suggestions, I always appreciate new ideas.

Hi Mariam. Here is a new video in response to your statement above. Hope this gives you some ideas for training at time. And hope you have fun with the video: th-cam.com/video/yTXakykGWX0/w-d-xo.html

I want to understand how to referee (especially foil) especially when two lamps of scoring machines light up.

Thanks for your request. I've been thinking about a video along those lines actually. I'll look at putting something together.

Scarlet guard, he has a judging video up now and it's really good.

Here is the best link to understand how to judge fencing for each blade. I also have three videos that cover all the current rules for each blade. Hope you check them out. th-cam.com/video/1nWna-w6JrE/w-d-xo.html

Start by being on your knees which are tucked just behind your hips. This will allow you to do the press up without the strain on the arms. As you build up strength then cross your feet in this same position. It will make it more difficult but still doable. After that it is then to normal press up's. Hope this helps.
