Ok so I'm a wrestler and I always thought that every other sport wasn't nearly as hard. During the summer, I got a job as a lifeguard and I life guarded at a facility where teams come to swim. Many college teams swim there and elite swimmers, Olympians as well. Overtime, I saw how tough swimming was. Anyways, one of the coaches there was a genuine guy and coached many Olympians. I always used to talk to him and one timed he asked if I played any sports and I said I wrestled. Usually people say wow that's a tough sport, but not him. I said to him a little while later, " swimming is a tough sport. Takes a lot of endurance" and he said to me and I will never forget," any sport can be tough. Any sport can be easy. It all depends on how hard you are willing to work. If you go into a tough sport like wrestling and don't wrestle hard then it won't be a tough sport for you" Ever since he said that to me I've always worked hard at every single wrestling practice and I have come to respect all sports no matter the intensity. Idk if any of you will get something out of this but I did. Hopefully someone else does as well.
Update: Enzo won an individual world title in Budapest in 2019 and led team France to a gold medal in team men’s foil at the Tokyo Olympic Games. Congrats to Enzo!
so many people are getting pissed and saying "now make the fencer do the bodybuilders workout". the video was made to prove that you don't need muscles to be successful if you're willing to put in the work to do what you want, in this case fencing, not to make the bodybuilder look weak, although that's an unfortunate side effect.
You need the muscles to do anything properly but size ≠ strength/endurance. People with six packs from the gym have a core that's way weaker than a martial artist with smaller abs. I actually think Brandon is quite good in most of these episodes. Sometimes he's just too humble.
That fitness dude is actually pretty great (especially compared to th rest). He held his own, was nice and geniune, did pretty good, allaround everything was good. This was a great video!
Stop saying that Brandon the buff dude doesn't have any cardio strength... He was against an Olympian who is twig size he just looks out of shape in comparison but he's in great cardio shape compared to the average American
if you mean the average overweight american, then you are really lowering the bar. and it is not really cardio. its more of a series of quick muscle contraction. and we all know he is over reacting a bit to make it more entertaining.
Daniel Raynor lol so is anyone that can make it to the gym in the entire world cause america is failed society full of morbidly obese blobs that waste oxygen
I'm a judoka. Weight training and high-intensity interval training are part of my routine. I never thought fencers train so intensely. I used to think... Nevermind. Some things are better kept to myself.
+Katherine De Guzman "gym rats" are the most flexible people out there. You try squatting or deadlifting 600 lb while being stiff.. stupid comment from an average beta
I don't disagree with the sentiment, but deadlifting 600 lb requires you to be extremely stiff. Its a rigidness of the body that allows you to be pull that weight up. That is why powerlifting translates better to a sport like football than it does to mma/kickboxing/juijitsu.
***** Your confusing warming up with what actually happens to a muscle throughout a movement. Lifting weight is muscle contraction. You are shortening a muscle. Tightening it. So "gym rats" are not the most flexible people out there. They spend an hour and a half tightening their muscles. It doesn't mean they can't be flexible, but the sport doesn't build flexibility.
Fencing is cool, fun and sometimes hilarious! Def give it a try if you can find near-by fencing club. Fencing community is very fun and welcoming, no matter what age or body complexity you are.
@@digimaksagreed. It's very cool, and very hard. I just started this past April. My workouts are...LOL. The nice thing is, you can start at any age. I'll be 60 next month. My grandson is eight and comes with me to practice, and he now wants to fence.
I fenced on a competetive level for nearly 6 years. It´s requires you to be explosive but have endurance at the same time.. Fencing is however far from the most physically demanding sports. I played hockey for many many years and without a doubt hockey is so far the most physically demanding sport I've tried out. As reference all sports I´ve ever done for a period of 6 months or more are listed below: Boxing Tennis fencing climbing icehockey Floorball Soccer American football Jui jutsu Karate Judo Powerlifting Weightlifting In terms of injuries, I contracted the most injuries while playing american football (which I still am) and Powerlifting. Rowing is extremely hard, not only the movements are really technical, but the energy it consumes is huge (almost the biggest energy consumption of any sports). I had some national champions in the club i used to go to, and their strength and endurance were off the charts.
Technique is the most important component. Don´t start lifting heavy weights untill the technique is near flawless. You can do some heavy accessory work after your technique sessions. For example, explosive deadlifts, squats, rows and military presses. I did weightlifting for 2 yrs but never actually competed more than once. If you´re like me (tall, ectomorph) it will be hard to find the right angles for the lifts. You´re probably gonna have to stretch a lot too. That will require a lot of patience. For reference I am 6,2 (189 cm) and I weigh around 215 lbs (97,5 kg). Those are the tips I can come up with right away... it´s one of the most technically demanding sports I´ve done so I would recommend you to get a trainer who can overlook your form etc. Good luck Edward
all the sports I've done (and can remember ) are basketball camogie field hockey gaeilic football gymnastics irish dancing rowing rugby soccor swimming tennis track and field the most demanding for me are swimming and irish dancing. I have been fencing saber for 5 years and been competing for 3 years. In the space of that time, I have been on the England team 3 times but still struggle to have the confidance to keep going. Sometimes I want to give up but then I realised that i spend six hours a week training so i'm not just going to quit like that.
Great video. Very interesting. No need for haters. This video shows the difference between working out at a gym and sport specific fitness. Not even the difference between bodybuilding because that too is a sport that requires specific training.
He probably couldn't but it really does not matter, they both do completely different sports which require completely different strengths. Believe me, i'm a fencer and sometimes i'll fence a very strong person who is absolutely horrible at fencing because he does not know the form or the many tactics of fencing and sometimes i'll fence a very small person (once i lost to someone who was over a foot shorter than me) who I lose to because they are simply more skilled. In fencing, strength is a very minor aspect of how well you can do the sport, it is almost all strategy and skill.
I agree with fellow theburgerman03. Im not a fencer but its my favourite hobby (I dont take it professionally) and as it said in the video, fencing is about balance and edurance, bodybuilding is about muscular strength. After all in fencing you weigh a 500gram. sword (A bit more in the case of the epee) so little strangth is required. You saw how small the fencer's muscles looked, right?
he wouldn't have any problem with it, in bodybuilding u use weights relative to your own strength, his muscles might start twitching cause hes not used to it and he might get a cramp but thats about it, hes in good shape and also does bodyweight strength training so... no problem
The thing is that the workouts are fairly different if you only do fencing related workouts or body builder relater workouts. So they are both difficult in their own right.
I’m rlly impressed with Brandon like his form is pretty good!! I’m a saber fencer and a lot Ppl r terrible at keeping from the first time and his is not bad!!
at the end Enzo survived it quite well... bodybuilding and weightlifter work on strength and look but olympic athletic do conditioning and functional training IN ADDITION to the technical workout. As a result, they have a more complete training because it's not about strength only but about balance, flexibility and mental too...
It’s in proportion to his weight so he’d be fine, but body builders would not be good fencers does that misses the point. It would be BAD if he excelled at bodybuilding because he would sacrifice control and speed for raw strength.
In my opinion it was a little bit off to get a muscular guy and a fencer. It would be great if this dude (or similar) tried to take olympic ring gymnast. These dudes are beasts and it would make more sense to see the comparison between them ;). Hope you guys will manage something like this. Anyway, amazing and interesting video.
The key is to incorporate many different forms of excercise into your life. That way youre not way strong, but have no endurance, or the other way around. Also depending on whether you're competing or not, and what you're competing in you'll obviously focus on that, but doing other types of excercises definitely complements your sport. I used to play soccer competitively and complimented that with cross country type training, some weight lifting (even though I wasn't very good), swimming and yoga . now I kickbox competitively and do weights on the side (still not great) and lots of sprint work, long distance running and pilattes.
As both a fencer, and a subscriber to Buff Dudes (the youtube channel of the Fitness TH-camr) I can say that this video was very entertaining for me to watch!
And there is the difference between real sports and fitness center-kids they are strong, but they can't use it in other ways than trained in the gym in real sports you train your whole body at almost the same time , but in fitness center you train small areas of your body
The Buff Dudes form the definite opposite of the stereotype fitness center kids, which is most likely the reason they (Brandon) were chosen for this video.
yeah so basically the fencer guy is doing the exercises he is accustomed to. of course he is gonna do better and look more fit. Also it seems Brandon doesn't have much cardio stregth/stamina. There are bodybuilders who do.
I'm just impressed by the thin trained people, like this Olympian. No big muscles to show off, all in long curves, but man that cardio and that strenght, too !!
Siver Norum plus with fencing, it's not about large weights or building large muscle. it's about quick, burst strength with a lower weight but with more reps
Radicalbanana ye but the point of the video is' they both have very different workouts and cant do eachothers workouts. Saying its not fair for the olympian to do it is dumb after the bodybuilder or whatever he is does the fencers workout
jonatan black what are you even talking about? The deadlift is easily the best test of absolute strength, it involves almost every muscle in the entire body. Picking things up at a construction site is pretty much the same thing as the deadlift anyways.
I'm so glad I stumbled across this channel. I recently have taken up boxing and I've noticed that I have the endurance to make it through all rounds but I dont have the strength. I admire every trait in athlete and everyone has a special talent in them. This is very inspiring.
I don't get this video. At most we get to see a fraction of fencing training. When you put someone in unfamiliar territory of course they'll look awkward. It's like asking the fencing dude to dead lift 500 lbs.
I wanna see summer and winter olympians come together and trades places for an entire day. Like volleyball does gymnastics, rowing does ice skating, etc, etc. Whatever sport they are in they have to switch and do their exercise routines for an entire day to see if they could survive. That would be interesting to see.
diesel828 Yes, it actually can. When your muscles get bigger and stronger by exercising them then you build more mass. More bulkiness and muscle will cause you to become slower. Yes, can exercise and make your muscles stronger without bulking up. But the guy in the video is pretty bulky.
I have to say that Brandon's foot work isn't all that bad for a complete newbie. I haven't taken the time to look at any of the comments so I don't know if he had a lot of time to prep... but it was nice to see him get humble pretty quick. Great video.
I have two friends trained for sports, one had won a U16 world champion and another one did not, both of them were training very hard, in my memory their entire childhood were between school and their train place, but none of them had a chance to be selected into national Olympic team. That is hard.
@@skye.s2515 and that's kinda funny because my sabre/foil friends always joke on the fact that epee is easier in all the way. Then I had them try a epee match😉😆
people assume guys with better physique should be better at sports because a good physique signals strength on subconscious level(even though fat powerlifters are stronger than bodybuilders).they get intimidated by good aesthetics. you never see those losers compare curlers to swimmers.the reason you almost always see people comparing bodybuilders to athletes is that they feel insecure about the way they look. so they have to to find a physical activity they are better at than bodybuilders to feel better and try to improve their social status among good looking men. it is very instinctive if you ask me...
i mean i know this is just a clip but as a fencer i feel like they barely did anything in this and didn't demonstrate barely any of the fitness, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, or power training or anything that is needed for fencing. And btw to non fencers, not all fencers are as skinny as lefort (i am not putting lefort down, just saying some of us are more muscular)
dang alot of people can't just enjoy two people comparing different workouts. I'm pretty sure both of them know that they can't do the others respective workouts because they don't have to. this is just a fun video to watch. no need to argue over who is better than the other
Anime/GamingAMVS thats a small percentage of the bodybuilding community. That's like saying American football players think they're the top or all boxers think they're the top.
all these people in the comments underestimating fencers... Fencing is a sport of discipline, balance, timing, precision, and intelligence. All you people that do different sports like basketball, football, American football, or rowing think that fencing is easy and takes no work to become good at. Fencing may not take physical size or strength, but it sure takes mental ability, which is why most people wouldn't even survive it.
nope it doesn't show any comparison what so ever at all. The fencer guy is doing the exercises he is accustomed to so of course he is gonna do better and look more fit. Also looks like Brandon doesn't have much cardio stamina which makes it even harder.
@Khoi Pham Ignorance is a bliss! I said it looks like Brandon doesn't have much cardio strength but there are plenty of other body builders out there who have strong cardio and lift strong too. Put this fencer against such beasts and you will see. haha
I'm 12 I do a lot of this stuff in fencing and I'm getting ready to go practice as I'm watching this XD but the advancing/retreat drills on the railroad track is PURE GENIUS.
I have an athlete friend and he trains 5 hours every day, some athletes up to 8 hours, there is no way for a fitness youtuber who trains 1-2 hours just for a healthy life style to be able to beat a real athlete. But I will see the video just now and see what happens xD
He shouldn't have any problem relative to his own body weight and strength (for example you can't put anyone to do 200kg bench press if his PR is 160kg), my friend practices decathlon, has elite PR in the 3 basics movements and VO2 of 60+. Buff dudes is stronger and has "better aesthetics" but overall he has a lot more weaknesses. Anyway as BroMystic Beatbox said at the end you can't compare two different fields.
People saying can a fencer survive a fitness workout and all but they don’t realise that no, he probably couldn’t because he doesn’t need to or want to, more unneeded muscle is more of a target. They are different sports, you don’t expect a golfer to do AFL now do you? I honestly don’t know why I’m mad at this. I just am.
Improvements from Bosu ball training has been shown to be very specific to unstable surfaces - therefore not practical for use on a flat surface where fencing takes place.
Probably because Enzo is used to laying the point on with some firmness....so it's more to protect the other guy. And on that instructor plastron, only the main body part is really thick...note how short the sleeves are, and also how loose that material is. I've worn a similar one teaching sabre,,,,it's not as restrictive or heavy as you think.
Bringing any athlete into an unfamiliar sport they would get destroyed because they have little to no experience like bringing a soccer player and making him do a pro football players workout
Come on people, those kind of videos could be so much fun without all those "oh so lets see how much hee lifts" comments. Big surprise: someone who doesn't really focus on strength training won't be able to lift as much weight as someone who does. Just like someone who doesn't focus on cardio won't keep up with someone who does that. Even more so with movements that are only trained in certain sports. And guess what, it doesn't mean that one of them is the better athlete. In fact you can't really compare them at all if they don't train for the same thing. So I think you have to be really, really insecure to feel the need to state that this fencer couldn't lift as much as the buff dude, just because - surprise - the bodybuilder couldn't compete with an olympic athlete in the sports-specific training that he has been doing for years
darthclone7 it's not because historical fencing is about killing people without being killed while modern fencing is about sticking people first A great joke from HEMA is that "if you strike a guy, and then he strikes you, you both lose"
This workout would help improve your fitness, balance and core strength. This will enable your body to last longer in a fight and be more aware mentally, and have sharper reaction times. However as you know when fighting with swords, you can be superb fitness wise but if you are not also equally skilled with a blade, you can loose in the first hit. Basically this kind of workout supplements your training as a fencer (be it modern of historic) but you I would try and focus more on fencing if I had to choose.
As a historical fencer i can see the usefulness of these excercises. The trick is to make the regime work for you. I personally like to also incorporate Indian clubs, Indian maces as well as Russian kettlebells into my workouts as well as bench press, deadlifts, squats, dumbbells and shoulder press That's the strength training portion of my workouts. I also like box jumps, rowing machines and a variety of other excercises.
Watch season 2 now on the Olympic Channel! bit.ly/2GuxUvm
I still preffer HEMA tho maybe it should be in olypics too.

it could have been a different set
Hes not as big as the guy idiot...
Good spotting
yeah I noticed that haha
As both a fencer, and a subscriber to Buff Dudes (the youtube channel of the Fitness TH-camr) I can say that this video was very entertaining for me to watch!
And there is the difference between real sports and fitness center-kids
they are strong, but they can't use it in other ways than trained in the gym
in real sports you train your whole body at almost the same time , but in fitness center you train small areas of your body
The Buff Dudes form the definite opposite of the stereotype fitness center kids, which is most likely the reason they (Brandon) were chosen for this video.
Okay, well I personally don't know him, thank you for telling me that
Then I revoke that part of my statement
Nevertheless, the rest is right
yeah so basically the fencer guy is doing the exercises he is accustomed to. of course he is gonna do better and look more fit. Also it seems Brandon doesn't have much cardio stregth/stamina. There are bodybuilders who do.
gym goers concentrate on compound movements more than anything
freaky channel true
athletes are amazing the amount of hardwork and dedication they put in is out of this world
Fun video. I like seeing you guys joke around and having fun.
I'm just impressed by the thin trained people, like this Olympian. No big muscles to show off, all in long curves, but man that cardio and that strenght, too !!
Now get the fencer to deadlift 600lbs
Less people care about fencing skill.
lol what? having fencing skills is cool, being able to fence like in medieval times is so much more interesting than deadlifting
Mario Macpui you sound emotional. Since when do we celebrate youtubers over olympians?
@@shv3t
You seem more upset from your post than he does, actually. Do you even understand his post?
I wanna see summer and winter olympians come together and trades places for an entire day. Like volleyball does gymnastics, rowing does ice skating, etc, etc. Whatever sport they are in they have to switch and do their exercise routines for an entire day to see if they could survive. That would be interesting to see.
I'd love to see a video like this with Jeff Cavaliere
revdavid11 jeff would dominate
He would correct fencer's form and prevent him from internally rotating his shoulder.
hahaha
Pat Patrik ajajaj
I would love to see the fencer do parkour or parkour expert does fencing! I feel like it would be interesting to see the footwork and technique.
Now let's see the fencer bench 315, squat 475 and deadlift 545.
diesel828 doesn't need to because it will make him slow as a slug
Since when does becoming stronger, which is a component of power, make you slower? Hint: It doesn't.
+diesel828 when there's more muscle mass you are heavier hence being slow.
diesel828 Yes, it actually can. When your muscles get bigger and stronger by exercising them then you build more mass. More bulkiness and muscle will cause you to become slower. Yes, can exercise and make your muscles stronger without bulking up. But the guy in the video is pretty bulky.
There's a reason you don't see powerlifters running the 100m sprint
Congratulation Enzo for winning World Championship this year
Ha! I suggested on the Buff Dudes channel that they do some Olympic cross-training during the summer! Glad to see that pay off!
I have to say that Brandon's foot work isn't all that bad for a complete newbie. I haven't taken the time to look at any of the comments so I don't know if he had a lot of time to prep... but it was nice to see him get humble pretty quick. Great video.
Great video, don't feel bad that fencing guy seems to be an awesome all around sport champion.
I have two friends trained for sports, one had won a U16 world champion and another one did not, both of them were training very hard, in my memory their entire childhood were between school and their train place, but none of them had a chance to be selected into national Olympic team. That is hard.
*walks across 15 ft. beam* "This is really a testament to your hard work"
Advancing is much harder than it looks, during competition you don't think about and the next day you can't even move.
U prob dont even fence dont talk.
@@ibrahimhussain7507 uhh what? fencing isn't that uncommon. i fence.
Audrey Wong he wasn’t talking to u he’s talking to the idiot who wrote this comment
Honestly I just want to see you try this just to laugh 😂
Great video. I respect both of these very different athletes.
Buff Dudes!!
Buff Dudes are great! Glad to see them getting more exposure and recognition
I remember when I first started out fencing (I do epee fencing) I was so sore the next day, I couldn't even get out of bed the next day 😂
I fear you... I’m a foil fencer and I am dead after I do epie...
Oh yeah I've felt that, I started going to fencing club a few weeks ago and the soreness after that first session was insane
@@skye.s2515 and that's kinda funny because my sabre/foil friends always joke on the fact that epee is easier in all the way. Then I had them try a epee match😉😆
people assume guys with better physique should be better at sports because a good physique signals strength on subconscious level(even though fat powerlifters are stronger than bodybuilders).they get intimidated by good aesthetics.
you never see those losers compare curlers to swimmers.the reason you almost always see people comparing bodybuilders to athletes is that they feel insecure about the way they look. so they have to to find a physical activity they are better at than bodybuilders to feel better and try to improve their social status among good looking men. it is very instinctive if you ask me...
sciure sci wait who are the losers? English isn't my native tongue...
Roman 2510M
Haha! English is my native language and I'm not sure who the loser is in his comparison.
Fixed: Yeesh, it was an extra word
+shakafo00o "who is the loser is" You can't even use proper grammar
Hey Brandon I loved you in the role of the cop in Stranger Things
Lmfao. I thought I was the only one that thought that
Hahahajaja man that guy is david harbour but looks nearly exact
i mean i know this is just a clip but as a fencer i feel like they barely did anything in this and didn't demonstrate barely any of the fitness, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, or power training or anything that is needed for fencing. And btw to non fencers, not all fencers are as skinny as lefort (i am not putting lefort down, just saying some of us are more muscular)
All sports take different levels of strength and cardio. Both are impressive in what they do
dang
alot of people can't just enjoy two people comparing different workouts. I'm pretty sure both of them know that they can't do the others respective workouts because they don't have to. this is just a fun video to watch. no need to argue over who is better than the other
fencing is a very fun sport, i would definitely recommend
I love how Homer is just relaxing in the back
It is a different type of workout to what the youtuber does sadly.
MG_Anon Why is it sad?
because bodybuilders think they are top and the best compared to any other things so if they get shown up they try to damage control it...
Anime/GamingAMVS I mean this guy was pretty humble about it
Anime/GamingAMVS thats a small percentage of the bodybuilding community. That's like saying American football players think they're the top or all boxers think they're the top.
Great video guys. Keep it up!
I think I want to try fencing now... Buff Dudes rule!
all these people in the comments underestimating fencers...
Anyone here after Enzo won the Budapest World Championship?
Me. Enzo is a great man indeed
not even a fair comparison they are all bodyweight exercises so having loads of muscles makes it harder
HENO its Still pretty good, shows the difference between being fit, and being Buff
HENO its not even a comparison, read the title
nope it doesn't show any comparison what so ever at all.
Put this fencer against such beasts and you will see. haha
you mean against a crossfitter?
Brandon doesn't seem like he has a V-neck personality.
What an awesome and friendly video! great work guys!
now do this with rhythmic gymnastics
AB Young yes! Or just any kind of gymnastics
I swear, those girls have no bones! The flexibility is crazy!
But with Dom
Now imagine doing the whole sport with five layers on. That is the life of a fencer.
I'm 12 I do a lot of this stuff in fencing and I'm getting ready to go practice as I'm watching this XD but the advancing/retreat drills on the railroad track is PURE GENIUS.
Do one with swimming please
agreed.
Mercy Whitman That will be bad ! 😂 and you know it (I guess)
he will swim 50 meters than die
Being big and strong doesn't equip you for the technical aspects related to fencing or other high skill sports like tennis or golf.
I feel like it would actually make you worse, because you need to be agile for those sports. I could be wrong tho
I have an athlete friend and he trains 5 hours every day, some athletes up to 8 hours, there is no way for a fitness youtuber who trains 1-2 hours just for a healthy life style to be able to beat a real athlete. But I will see the video just now and see what happens xD
Artiel Palomar you cant compare two different proffesional people and their fields and expect one to beat another
lol, like to see your athletic friend do the buff dudes routine
I just am.
Buff dude 💪🏻💪🏻
Improvements from Bosu ball training has been shown to be very specific to unstable surfaces - therefore not practical for use on a flat surface where fencing takes place.
When you are french and you understand everything ;)
I love these videos!
like for buffdudes 😉
4:51 in epee we either move like this or like snails. It’s very interesting, to say the least lol.
I cringe so much when I see the little kids first doing epee galloping across the strip...
Im sure all the other fencers on here would agree that if he had him realearn to"walk" the whole time he wouldnt have made it past the first hour.
Very true
2:39 when you fall off of the rail and play like you intentionally did it because you are waiting
6:15 - why did you put on trainer's uniform on him? This thing is much thicker and heavier then standard fencing uniform!
Brandon was holding back and now tell enzo to squat 500lbs.
sanna 69 I'm sure Enzo could squat that.
Good job,i am a fencer from Serbia and some of my friend telling me everyday that they can do same as me on training like this guy :-)
So I think you have to be really, really insecure to feel the need to state that this fencer couldn't lift as much as the buff dude, just because - surprise - the bodybuilder couldn't compete with an olympic athlete in the sports-specific training that he has been doing for years
They train for different things so they're better at different things. PEACE OUT.
Shoulders always kill me after wall work so I try to work them out, never thought of using the ropes before.
I wonder if this workout is apliable to historical fencing...
Gabriel Olmedo I don't see why not
darthclone7 it's not because historical fencing is about killing people without being killed while modern fencing is about sticking people first
A great joke from HEMA is that "if you strike a guy, and then he strikes you, you both lose"
Gabriel Olmedo its not unfortunatelly. Look up HEMA for historic fencing, although its obviously not as impressive
This is so cool and such a good example of great sportsmanship.
holy god, that TH-camr has a bicep for his bicep
ZfancyMan As apposed to a foot for a bicep?
Ben Keane go to 2:16 and he has a tiny little bicep, for his big bicep... it's weird...
I'm fairly sure he has his sleeve rolled up and that's his shoulder and bicep. The angle is a bit weird.
Ossian Newby It totally is 😂😂😂
that it is actually his bicep, maybe you are confused by his deltoids
And now he is a world champion
Do this with an Olympic swimmer like Nathan adrian
H4v0c gaming He wouldn't survive a swimmers workout 😂
He wouldn't survive the average junior competitive swimmer's workout.
7796761 I know!! I'm going to be doing 20 hours a week when I get back training
There's no way he would survive the workouts that I do everyday😂
awesome video looking forward to seeing more
10:23 "WER IS DA PHYSIOTHERAPIS?"
