Phew. What a difference on the TD25. Team C&C did an awesome job bringing this Dozer back from the dead. You'll get many years of good service out of her Clint.

Well, I would just like to wish Tucker a Happy Birthday, a belated birthday because by the time we see this video, his birthday is already passed but may he be full of Bliss and it's 18th birthday. May the world shine upon him as he goes throughout his endeavors in life.
I could watch cylinder rebuilds all day. Hard to believe those 3 half rings hold up under that much pressure but what a simple design. Great series!
Brilliant and simple design, why would you use anything else when designing the sealing componentry of a cylinder?? Everything else is full of seals on seals on washers etc, how ridiculously overcomplicated. This eats everyone else's lunch.

The dozer has turned out absolutely mint ! But, for me, the journey was far more of a build. I think that we have seen the lads really come on over the course of this particular series and it has been a real pleasure to watch it happen. We all appreciate you sharing = ) All best to Tacker Tucker !

You need to build an inspection pit for Randy so he can get into all the hard parts when he washes the equipment… I am sure you have equipment around to build one in the wash area…….. 😂
A good coat of paint in the cab would have looked a lot better…. Great job overall and fun to watch…..
Add a chrome turndown pointing it to the front or side making this one great looking dozer.

Brings back fond memories my old man was reasonably large contractor who used International construction equipment here in Western Australia . He had fromTD18As all series of TD20 sBs through to Es . He purchased the first TD20 E in OZ . 15C LGPs TD25s Bs Cs An d the last true TD25Es.. He had avery comprehensive workshop like you guys .I remember pulling those lift rams apart with my old man. What an absolutely fantastic job done! After high school (almost 50 years ago in the mid-70's!)) I worked in the main yard of the freeway construction company that my Dad was a project superintendent for (Kasler Corporation in San Bernardino, CA) and we did a lot of re-painting of all types of heavy equipment (623-657 scrapers, blades, D6 to D9 dozers, and almost everything else), but nothing like the work you guys do! BTW...Happy Birthday to Tucker!!!!
That dozer turned out beautiful. You guys do an awesome job. I would put a guard over the air conditioner to protect it. other than that it's perfect. HAPPY EASTER.
The best cheap large fluid pan is one of those pools at the Dollar General. Best 10 bucks I spent for catching fluids.

Caster and the camber is off. While you are at it should go ahead and just do a 4 wheel alignment on it which includes the toe in and out adjustment after the camber and caster is set. It’ll make the blinker fluid eco friendly plus the tires will get better tread wear. 😂

Even though you all have a laugh and mess about, the job you all do is second to none, you joke about knowing what you are doing but you are a professional and get the job done to a high standard, it's a shame there are not more companies that take the same approach. I like this channel, it is one of my favourites.

My son is a diesel mechanic for Waste Management in Phoenix Arizona they put red dot roof air conditioners on their trucks because of the heat in Phoenix and my son came up with an idea to add an extra fan to the red dot air conditioner to make it more efficient and so that it works better
